Pros: The apartment was even better than in the pictures – beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described, if not better. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available and happy to answer any questions I had. The location was also perfect – just a short walk to the city center, making it ideal for tourists. Highly recommended and can't wait to book it again.

I would recommend this cozy apartment to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade!

Pros: The place is offering a great location to stay in Belgrade. It is close to the center, you have multiple public transport options nearby, and the cherry on top is the fact that you can really rest, because it is really quiet.

Cons: Nothing to write here. The apartment and the host were great!

Pros: Very good equipment of the room, air conditiiner works well even during +38 outside. internet speed was perfect for remote work woth multiple online meetings. The bathroom has both shower and bath, so you can choose whatever you'd like.

Pros: The apartment is well located, near Saint Sava church, in peaceful area of Vracar. There is everything what is necessary for short and long staying, too. The host is very polite, we had great communication. All recommendations!

Pros: Апартман је чист, уредан, са свим садржајима који су потребни за краћи или дужи боравак, и много љепше изгледа него на сликама. Домаћин сусретљив и лагана комуникација од првог тренутка. Свакако свака препорука, а посебно што ми се дојмило је, мирна локација, и тишина преко ноћи, тако да немате осјећај да сте у граду. Следећи долазак у Београду свакако ће бити Модерн. Хвала домаћину.

Soggiorno piacevole

Pros: La casa era pulitissima e accogliente. L’aria condizionata funzionava e gli arredi erano nuovi e tenuti perfettamente. Anche se non centralissima, la zona é tranquilla e ben collegata. Comunicazione con l’host ottima.

Cons: Per un malinteso, la casa era preparata per 2 e non 4 persone, ma abbiamo facilmente rimediato anche grazie alla disponibilità dell’host. É al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma per noi non era un problema.

Pros: Понравилась квартира, все очень хорошо организовано

Cons: Не понравилось, то что по факту это наш российский 4 этаж, если вы с багажом в количестве несколько чемоданов весом более 20кг, то это не ваш вариант, лифт отсутствует. Арендодатель отказался переслать белый картон в электронном виде от полиции. У нас были из-за этого проблемы. В ванной отсутствует полотенце для ног.
