Great ratio for money vs comfort

Pros: Excellent location, 5min walk to the stadium Rajko Mitic, no problem for parking, clean apartment. Very professional online reception.

Cons: Maybe it can have bigger TV screen and more stable Wifi but this is minor topic

Pros: Excellent location and wonderful staff (Mara and cleaning lady). We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: The only small drawback was that the Wi-Fi on the fourth floor was a bit weaker.

Quick overnight stay.

Pros: Property was easy to check-in to. Staff were responsive to messages and overall very helpful. Has a number of parking spaces. Close to main football stadiums in Belgrade. Across the road from ‘forest’ with walking tracks and leash free dog park. Close walk to small supermarkets.

Perfect weekend in Belgrade with exceptional price/performance ratio

Pros: We enjoyed a great weekend trip to Belgrade at Villa Bulevar. While being in walking distance to the Rajko Mitic soccer stadion was important for us, also sightseeing was easy, thanks to a bus stop with free 10-15 minute transportation to the Church of Saint Sava and the city center. We could also walk to a huge supermarket. The room was large and quiet, and the staff were extremely friendly, organizing the night taxi back to the airport for us.

Pros: Very kind receptionist, good location and free parking in front of the building. The building has an elevator and also a garage . 150m from stadium Rajko Mitic. Market, restaurants and bars are very close. I Recommend 👍

Brilliant, overall

Pros: Everything was as I expected. Staff very polite and helpful. I needed some upgrades,some changes ,and they helped with Everything. Really friendly and polite. High level professionals.
