Great family winter getaway

Pros: Great place for family getaway. Buffet breakfast and dinner are excellent. Full of choice. Pool is great too.

Cons: Too much smoke in restaurant section. Should install air filters or ban smoking there.

Excellent SPA hotel

Pros: The SPA is excellent, one of the best SPA centers in Serbia, very clean, the rooms are comfortable and cozy.

Cons: The staff and their hospitality. Especially the lady working at the front desk at the SPA and the young lady working on the food corner at the outside pool, very unpleasant attitude, needs improvement.
