A place to visit again

Pros: Felt like home. The staff respected my space as a guest in every way and offered assistance whenever needed. The room offers a comfortable workspace.

Pros: Staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very good, nice selection of food. The room was clean, and nice. It was lovely to have a deck area. Location - close to St Sava Temple

Cons: We were charged for breakfast when it's supposed to be included in our booking. Now I have to go through the process of claiming back the refund for the principle. I wish I didn't have to do that, I'm on holiday after all.

Very comfortable place to stay and some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have come across

Pros: Location good close to at Sava but a fair way from the city centre if walking. Trams are easy and free Staff were just fantastic. Focused on really good service and so friendly

Cons: Not much really

It was named the Crystal Hotel but everyone and everything were diamonds

Pros: When we arrived, we looked at the outside and thought this looks nice (not knowing how the inside was) we went inside and it was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and we could not fault the rooms or service (or view)

Cons: Maybe put some maps of Belgrade (English) on the reception area. I know we use phones but when we have no eSIM then we can have a pocket map

Pros: Breakfast good , staff amazing ( couldn’t help you enough ) location great , nice area of Belgrade , roof top bar / restaurant amazing , went for football ( England v Serbia ) so close to both red star and Partizan , 5 mins walk from the most amazing church ( not religious but the inside is breathtaking ) walking distance to centre 20 mins or taxi ( book via hotel ) lovely place , will Definately return

Very nice hotel perfect for visiting Belgrade and/or traveling on. Minor complaints.

Pros: Great hotel, very well furnished/decorated. In a nice location with amazing view of Saint Sava. Very close to new beograd central station. Very kind and helpful staff.

Cons: Before arrival there was a data breach that caused me to receive scam direct messages from the official account of the hotel. The showerhead in the room was faulty and not functional.

Pros: The hotel overall looks great. My room was stylish and beautiful, but more importantly, the bed was really comfortable, pillows and duvet of precisely the shape and form one may need to rest really well. Breakfast was amazing. While the selection was not the most traditional one, there were absolutely delicious vegetables and fruits available. My absolute favourite was French toast with cheese one day, and excellent omelette the other. And omg, the cherry pie. I will now crave one for a long time, I think. I’m very picky with coffee usually, but the coffee I got every morning was awesome.

Cons: The only thing that wasn’t beyond awesone, was really loud air conditioner. Other than that it was very quiet in the room, but when airco was turned on, I heard it even through the earplugs. But hey, it has a button to be turned off, so it’s not a deal breaker at all.

Pros: Great sized and stylish room with awesome Church views on 5th floor. Everything as advertised. Cleaned daily. Complimentary water and nuts on arrival was a nice touch. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance of many city sights and a trendy bar/restaurant scene. Rooftop bar something else.

Cons: Air conditioning worked well at cooling the room but was pretty noisy. Bath towels could have been larger.
