A refreshing boutique spa retreat among soothing pine trees

Pros: Our stay was a cute comfortable spa getaway - refreshing and energizing. The hotel is located among pine trees so wherever you look - either through the spa windows or the restaurant terrace, there are these huge evergreen trees that calm and soothe you. The spa area is just the right size to enjoy the saunas and jacuzzis. The restaurant serves great food, big portions and the menu choice is wide. Thanks to the reception who gave us a room with a balcony overlooking the pine trees. I'm happy that I've discovered my new favourite spa in Serbia, it's such a good value for money, and I will definitely be back!

Cons: The mattress is the only thing I could complain about since it was too soft for my taste and a bit used. However, I don't know if this was the case with just our room since a friend of mine who stayed at Borkovac two years ago had an opposite experience - his matress was firm and comfortable.

I will definitely come back but with more cautions if I decide to order any meal.

Pros: The spa is very nicely designed, all the units are functionally connected into one compact whole, and nothing is missing. If you can afford a Thai massage, definitely do it; It will re-energise you.

Cons: Definitely the food, not just the breakfast, with over-roasted poached eggs, I didn't like it. And the other food, when you order at the restaurant, is greased more than necessary, some pieces of fish are undercooked, and the soups offered as homemade are actually instant soups or from \

Pros: Spa is absolutely amazing! Rooms are specious and very clean. Food is fantastic. I forgot the name of wonderful young lady working on reception ( starting with M :) but she was absolutely fabulous!

Romantic weekend getaway for couple

Great place for short trip

Pros: Lovely place for weekend getaway. Stuff was kind and ready to help. Prices inside the restaurant are affordable. Spa area is perfect. Location is very good, surrounded with pine forest. Air is fresh and clean. Food is great, breakfast included in price.

Pros: I liked the sooooft beds and pillows in the room! The rooms are great and the view was pretty amazing.

Cons: There is a lot of stinkbugs in general and you cannot get rid of them while you are in the room, later on they started to swim in the pool with us🤣
