The apartment is really comfortable and clean.
Pros: The building is in a peaceful neighborhood, providing a quiet and relaxing stay. Although we only stayed one night, the apartment is well-equipped for a longer visit. The balcony is spacious and offers a lovely view.
Cons: I prefer thicker blankets for sleeping because I'm usually always cold. But it was a warm day and the temperature in the apartment was pretty comfortable, so in the end, it didn't matter.

Good value for money
Pros: I stayed at this apartment for 12 consecutive nights. I did not miss anything. Everything that you can think of is available. Decently equipped kitchen, enough towels, plenty of wardrobe/storage space, iron, hairdryer... (Note that there is no microwave or dishwasher available, as the kitchen is relatively small and they wouldnt fit anyways, but I didn't miss those as much.) For some days I also worked from here - used the dining table to set up my workspace. Internet connection was excellent for all my calls and the work I was performing. I found this place to be a good value for money. For a single traveller or a couple, it is more than enough. The neighbourhood is safe, and there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, kids' playgrounds, cafes, and bakeries around. Also, an outlet center is close by (5 min walk), in case you wanna do some shopping.
Cons: Unfortunately, the boiler in the kitchen was not working at the time when I was there, so washing the dishes was a bit of a challenge. I warmed up the water on the stove in order to properly wash them. Rinced with cold water. It didn't bother me too much, except that it requires a bit more time for the activity.

Pros: The apartment itself was great. Clean, comfortable, and had everything that is needed. Very good location
Cons: Before arrival, I asked if it was possible to check in after 5 pm, because my flightshouldbe around 5 pm at Belgrade airport. I was told that is possible, but on the day I arrived, I was asked to go to pick up the key myself on a different address and then back to the apartment. Even though they were nice, I found this unprofessional. It was stated like that at the beginning and to let me know that at the last minute, just before arrival.

Pros: Para nuestra visita, estaba más que perfecto. Esta ubicado muy bien, con varios transportes cerca y muy acogedor.
Cons: No ha habido ninguna cosa que no nos ha gustado.

Čist, uredan stan sa svim neophodnim stvarima za ugodan boravak.
Pros: Čistoća, lako za pronaći i jednostavna i brza komunikacija.
Cons: Za taj nivo cijene nema zamjerki.

Pros: Sjajan domaćin, komunikacija je bila perfektna. Miran kraj i komšiluk. Pogled na blok je sjajan. Uredno i čisto, apsolutno nikakve zamjerke nemam. Prije bi platio ovakav smještaj nego hotel. Sve što treba je blizu, autobusko stajalište, restorani, marketi itd... Stan je jako udoban, i perfektan za individualne putnike. Cjena koju sam platio je apsolutno korektna shodno kvalitetu mog boravka u objektu.
