Pros: The apartment was clean and spacious, it had everything you could possibly need for a short stay (or even for a longer one). It is located close to several bus stops as well as relatively close to a tram station. There is a free parking around the block and two big supermarkets just across the street. The host was very kind and flexible with our check in, owner’s hospitality was great. Highly recommend!

Pros: Apartment is actually big, on photos looks smaller.. Furniture and everything else looks exactly like on photos. Living area is connected to kitchen and it's very spacious and light. Kitchen is very well equipped. It has pots, pans, lot dishes like plates, bowls, glasses and mugs. It ass very convenient for preparing of simple dishes. It's located on 12th floor with most amazing view. Bedroom is smaller with one spacious closet. Pillows and mattress were very very comfortable. Walls are thick so we didn't hear any noise from neighbours. Vladimir is very nice and pleasant host that answered to every question we had. All around building is parking so it's always possible to find parking space. It's free We are very satisfied with experience.

Pros: Приятный приветливый хозяин , по нашей просьбе занялся оформлением белого картона. Квартира полностью оборудована для жизни , есть стиральная машина , кофемашина , было много полотенец В квартире все сделано красиво и со вкусом Очень комфортное жилище с милым видом на город

Cons: Дверь душа не закрывалась до конца изнутри Переодически пахло сигаретами от соседей :(

Spacious and bright

Pros: The apartment is very bright and spacious. My husband and I stayed for one night only but it has everything needed for a longer stay as well. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment is on the 12th floor so it offers a beautiful view of the neighborhood. The location is great: 20 minutes walking from the river bank, lots of parks and shops around. There's a café/restaurant just a few minutes away called Cezar and we highly recommend it for breakfast. Overall, great place and good value for money.
