Genex SPA

Pros: It was more beautiful than I expected. The place is very clean, nicely decorated, with a wonderful view, comfortable and pleasant jacuzzi. Nothing is missing, the host has thought of everything. I highly recommend!

A wonderful, unique romantic space with sauna... for kids (50°C maximum).

Pros: I have my own small apartment in Belgrade, but to surprise my wife for her birthday, I chose this apartment and was almost completely satisfied. The building is unique for Belgrade, it's on the top floor, the renovations are thoughtful, the bedroom windows are convenient, and I can even see the Soko high-speed train while taking my morning shower. This will definitely be a night we'll both remember for a long time.

Cons: The sauna only heats up to 50 degrees, making it useless for me. We enjoyed everything else so much that I wasn't too worried about it.

Pros: Amazing clean apartment with everything you might need and even more. Stunning beautiful view from the window.

Exceptional!

Pros: Everything was perfect, gorgeous building, gorgeous flat on the last floor, very friendly and accommodating host. The flat is truly luxury, great views, electric chimney, great bed, great shower, bidet tap on the toilets, hot tub, sauna, sound system, coffee machine, dishwasher... everything you didn't even know you'd want is there. The building is the Genex tower, a gorgeous brutalist landmark. The host has been extremely helpful and accommodating, agreeing on an earlier check-in, and very nice with us when we checked in having forgotten to withdraw cash to pay (sorry and thank you again!) We'll definitely be back when we come back to Belgrade :)

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect

Pros: Fantastičan apartman! Prostor je izuzetno čist, moderan i sa predivnim detaljima. Sauna i đakuzi su pravo uživanje i idealni za opuštanje – savršeno za beg od svakodnevice. Sve je bilo baš kao na slikama, pa čak i bolje! Domaćin je bio izuzetno ljubazan i profesionalan. Definitivno ćemo se vratiti i toplo preporučujemo svima koji žele malo luksuza i mira!

Unique stay to remember!

Pros: One of the best booking stays I’ve ever had. The host was super communicative and helpful, they welcomed us at the apartment to show around and pass the keys. The place is super new and pristine clean. Beds were very comfy and the room spacious. Jacuzzi and sauna were wonderful addons after the long days of walking and exploring Belgrade. The view is stunning. I love the surroundings but it’s not for everyone but surely for any brutalism and architecture lovers. Top!

Absolutely stunning.

Pros: If you love brutalist architecture, this is the must must must. It felt so surreal to be in such a modern luxury apartment and also in the Genex in one time! Everything was prepared, clean. Thank you once more dear owner.

Amazing, luxury apartment - friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and incredible location and view

Pros: (Travelling from the UK) Everything was perfect, the view, the facilities, the best property I’ve stayed in whilst travelling. Easy (and free!) access to the city centre with a bus stop outside the Genex tower, great local shops and easy yet secure access to the building. Branka was very friendly and helpful on our first day! We felt very welcome and the apartment was everything we needed. Would 100% recommend staying here if you’re looking to visit Belgrade. The Genex Tower itself is incredible.
