Pros: Everything is perfect! The host is very polite and helpful! We were amazed by the view!

Pros: Fantastic building and location. Apartment was very well equipped, well designed and clean. Landlord was flexible and communicative.

Cons: Nothing to report. Perhaps curtains in main bedroom could black out light more, it's a minor aspect.

Excellent apartment

Pros: This fantastic apartment at the 26th floor met all of my expectations. It was my first apartment booking after years of booking only hotels and it could't be better than this. Plenty of storage space, very clean and nicely designed. Has two bedrooms and two toilets. Comunication with the owner went very smooth. Was greeted with a bottle of vine and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. What you see in the promo pictures is what you get, which my own photos can prove. Since I'm a local and had lived in Belgrade a few years ago, I would like to point out to anyone new to the area that altho it may look a bit dodgy at first sight, the whole neighbourhood is very safe even at nighttime.

Pros: The accommodation was modern and well equipped, with a beautiful view over the whole city. The host was very kind, helpful, and always willing to accommodate our needs. We were extremely satisfied and can highly recommend this place.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with amazing views, owner was very helpful with check in, parking. The owner pays attention to every detail, providing everything you would need for a comfortable stay, such as dental kits, soaps, coffee capsules and many other things.

Cons: The building in which the apartment is located is in a bad state, looks abandoned and surroundings is not taken care of, however this did not affect our stay at all.

Modern apartment in a landmark Brutalist building

Pros: An excellent and modern apartment on the 21st floor of a landmark building of brutalist architecture in New Belgrade. Very comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning.

Such a memorable stay

Pros: When I booked the stay, I hadn't realized that it would be inside Genex Tower, Belgrade's brutalist landmark, a cultural monument of a building. The renovation of the flat is superb. Whoever designed the new interior did a wonderful job to the smallest detail! The views of the whole city are literally breathtaking! Add a majestic July full moon to this and behold one of the most memorable stays we ever had in our trips around the world!!! The free public transport (since Jan'25), made our commuting to/from center even easier. We also loved the location: residential blocks with everything a neighborhood needs (pharmacies, supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries). Last but not least, our host, was very easy to reach and provided us with all the necessary info. I would surely stay there again and I strongly recommend it to anyone who visits Belgrade!

Cons: Having praised our stay as I did above, I must say that there were things that could improve as far as cleanliness goes. Some of the closets/cupboards were not as clean. The calcium deposits in the metallic accessories of the shower cabin didn't give a good impression. Last but most important, the water in the shower was not draining well, already from day one. The second day, it was totally blocked. I wanted to call the host although it was already late, but my partner decided to go ahead and clean it himself, despite my strong disapproval... Exceptional stay in Genex Tower

Pros: I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment was absolutely full of everything I needed – from a fully equipped kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and even little touches that made it feel like home. The location inside the iconic Genex Tower made the experience even more special – a true brutalist landmark with a view! Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the host was professional and responsive. I was 100% satisfied and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Cons: Everything was just right. I honestly can’t think of anything negative so nothing to comlain about.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely perfect, clean and well equipped. The host also absolutely perfect. The only disappointment was the area around the entrance to the building, broken dirty sidewalk, garbage... But then you drive up to your apartment and you are absolutely enchanted by the contrast, standing in a luxury apartment and looking out over a breathtaking city skyline that is largely in its original state. I definitely recommend Milan and his apartment to anyone who wants to experience this extraordinary experience :)

Pros: Apartment have most beatiful view, is absolutely huge and well stock and above and beyone is located on 21st floor of Genex tower itself. There are pleny of free busses to travel the city, resteurants and bars to spend evaing as well af supermarket near by for some gorceries.

Cons: Air conditioning in one of the rooms was bit lacking but salon unit was more then capable to cool it if you left the door open.
