Pros: The apartment is in a very central location, right in the heart of the city. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance. Owner is very friendly and responds to questions very quickly. She try her best to help with anything you need..
Cons: Since the apartment is very central, noise from outside is understandable. However, because it is inside a building that looks like an old business center, you can also hear many sounds from inside the building (like people walking past the door). Also, the toilet has a poor design, and you need to make some effort to use it comfortably. The towels and bed sheets were not dirty, but they were quite old and worn out.

Pros: It can't be in a more central location.Also it is incredibly cheap.Overall a very nice apartment that feels like home.It even has netflix and youtube in the tv.Last but not least the owner and his wife were incredibly friendly and helpful.I will definitely choose this every time i come to belgrade.

Pros: Prime Location in Belgrade! This apartment is an absolute gem, set right in the heart of the city center. Everything you need—food, cafes, shops—is just steps away. The apartment itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Huge thanks to the host for the incredibly warm welcome and smooth check-in!

A small apartment in the city centre
Pros: This is a very small apartment in the city centre. It is suitable for one person or two people who have no problems with limited space. The building is situated in one of the streets that are connected to the very heart of the city (the pedestrian zone). There are some great cafes, restaurants and shops near the building. Even though the apartment is located in the city centre it is not noisy during the night. In the apartment there is a very comfortable bed, there is a fridge, a TV, a very good WIFI internet, an iron, a hairdryer, an electric kettle. The whole apartment was clean. It was easy to get in touch with the owner and he is very friendly and ready to help.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small for me (I am a big man)

Perfekter Ort, um einen Stadturlaub zu verbringen. Sehr zuverlässiger und freundlicher Gastgeber.
Pros: Die Lage war ideal um leicht an alle anderen Orte in der Stadt zu gelangen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig. Er hat auf jede Nachricht umgehend reagiert und sich auch im Vorfeld um Vieles gekümmert und Auskünfte zu allen möglichen Fragen gegeben, so dass man den Urlaub schon vorab gut planen konnte. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt und der Gastgeber versucht es auch immer nach den Bedürfnissen der aktuellen Gäste herzurichten. In unserem Fall haben zunächst Stühle gefehlt, weil ein vorheriger Mieter sie nicht gebraucht hat. Wenige Minuten nach einer Nachricht, wurden uns sofort zwei Stühle gebracht. Wenn also etwas fehlt, empfiehlt es sich erst den Gastgeber anzusprechen. Dann muss man sich auch über nichts beschweren.
Cons: Aufgrund der Anordnung der Wasserleitungen im Bad, ist es etwas umständlich die Toilette zu benutzen, weil das Waschbecken direkt davor angebracht ist. Für körperlich eingeschränkte (oder dicke) Personen, wäre es wohl nicht möglich gewesen, sich dort hinzusetzen. Aber es wäre kaum möglich gewesen, Dusche, Toliette und Waschbecken im Bad anders einzurichten, ohne sonst eins davon wegzulassen.
