Modern City Center Apartment - Rajiceva Loft

Pros: Great apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the very center of the city. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily cook your own meals. It’s clean, cozy, spacious, and offers a wonderful view from the window! I’d also like to mention the amazing host, very friendly, communicative, and always ready to help with any questions we had. Next time in Belgrade I’ll definitely stay here again!

Pros: The best apartments ever rented in Belgrade! Apartements were very clean and well-organised, felt comfortable, it really felt like a home, not just a place for rent. The bed was super comfortable. The location is amazing: a big park is just around the corner and it’s a real pleasure to walk around the neighborhood. I want to say a big thank you to the host! Very clear, polite and pleasant in communication. I booked this apartment for my parents while being abroad and was worried they might have problems checking in at night in a foreign country without phone or language, the host was very helpful in this. He gave very clear check-in instructions, answered all questions in detail and was always available. He even allowed my parents to stay until the evening (since their bus was late) instead of leaving at 11, as there was no booking the next day! This was a huge help, thank him very much! If I ever come to Belgrade, I will definitely stay here again!

Spotless clean property at fantastic location

Pros: Spotless clean property at fantastic location, next to pedestrian area and shopping centre with underground parking yet whisper quiet. Elevator available for people with restricted mobility (couple of steps only from street level to reach elevator). Attentive host .

10 ou of 10, I came for the central location and washing machine, and would come back for everything else!

Pros: Absolutely everything! The apartment is super central, one can walk most places. It’s cosy and well thought out and comfortable. From the beginning my host was so helpful regarding explaining how to get the taxi from the airport, answering the 100’s of silly questions I had. At the apartment he explained everything succinctly and gave me top tips about what to do and where to eat in this extremely central and fabulous area. My host had thought of everything I may need, he supplied coffee pods and coffee machine, all toiletries, hairdryer, a washing machine (he even gave me the soap!)

Cons: Honestly, everything was perfect - it even has loads of hanging space!! And it has warm lighting, not the white-blue forensic lights - hallelujah!!

Pros: Exceptional location, beautiful and very cosy apartment fully equipped. One minute walk from grocery store and restaurants, yet very quiet and safe. Very polite and helpful host, we had everything we needed. 10/10

Pros: Excellent location – just a short walk from Knyaz Mihailova Street and Kalemegdan Park. The apartment owner was incredibly welcoming: he met us late at night, helped carry our luggage, handed over the keys, and explained everything clearly. There were even some small refreshments in the kitchen – coffee, tea, and sweets. I definitely recommend this place!

Apartment in the heart of Belgrade

Pros: The location of the apartment is in the heart of Belgrade. The closest bus station is less than 1 minute away by foot. There are supermarkets and shops in the Shopping center Rajićeva which is next to the building. In the building, there is an elevator. The apartment was clean, warm(we stayed in February), with two additional ACs. Also, the apartment is fully equipped for the stay, either short or long; There are all the necessary utilities and appliances including a coffee machine and a washing machine. There were enough towels and bead sheets. Personally I liked the ceiling windows and modern furniture the most. Wifi was pretty stable. The owner lives nearby and if you need anything, he could help you right away. I would definitely come again.
