Great apartment at great location

Pros: Excellent location, comfortable apartment and kind hosts. It was very clean and had everything that someone may need for a short stay. Everything was great!

Cons: The bathroom was a bit small but not really a problem. Just a note for tall people... :)

Pros: The host is very accommodating and friendly. It has all the amenities, including a shower, a small kitchenette (even an electric coffee pot). It's centrally located, and conveniently located. I highly recommend it.

Pros: The biggest advantage of this accommodation is its location. We were just a few steps away from the city center, as well as a park and a castle where we could relax. Across the street is a shopping center with all the shops we needed. The location of the apartment with windows facing the inner courtyard is fantastic, and the place was incredibly quiet. We needed wi-fi for work, which worked perfectly in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which can also be turned off when not needed. The owner was very welcoming, and as others have mentioned in their reviews, we easily arranged transportation to and from the airport with him, even at 4:30 in the morning.

Cons: The only disadvantage was that the work space (desk, chair) was very limited. However, we anticipated this based on the photos, so it is not a complaint, but rather a note for those who may need to work for half a day at notebook plus documents.

Pros: Cool, refurbished apartment, near Kalamegdan and Knez Mihajlova. There is no parking available, but the public garage is just across the street.

Good overall.

Pros: The location of the apartament was very good. Great price-quality ratio.

Cons: Some communication difficulties. Lack of a parking place, although I’m conscious that the space in the city centre is limited. Some more information regarding the parking place from the host would be helpful. We’ll be saving time this way.

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location!

Pros: Wonderful location near to the stupendous Kalemegdan Park. Close to the centre as well. Nikola is a very friendly guy, happy to help. Safe place.

Cons: I think I accidentally turned off the hot water. I must have not been paying full attention when Nikola showed me the apartment, so make sure you don't make the same mistake.

Pros: A very good apartment in a very good location in Belgrade. The apartment is very well equipped with furniture and appliances, and it is obvious that the hosts take great care to make sure that the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Everything was clean and polished. The apartment is owned by a family. Friendly and helpful father and son picked us up at the airport and drove us back there upon departure and took care of the heavy suitcases for us. Everything was exactly as promised.

Cons: The only thing that comes to mind is that there could be towel hangers in the bathroom.

Pros: Stay at Cuca Apartments was amazing: Communication went smooth, as Branko is a great host and easy to align with. Apartment was very clean, fully equipped and located close to city center.

Great Apartment, Highly Recommended!

Pros: The apartment was great, clean and cozy! The host was great and we had great communication! He even took us to the airport with the car and we payed only 30 euros! Trust me... you don't want to mess with Serbian Taxi Drivers!! They could even take from you 100 euros!!

Nice, cozy, but tight on space.

Pros: Cozy apartment, perfect location, good facilities.

Cons: May feel crammed. Hardly any table surface. Even having 1-2 people for tea is a bit of a problem.
