Modern, value for money.

Pros: Excellent property. New, modern, free wifi and very cheap. Location was also central. Host was wonderful too.

Pros: Everythin was great, nice appartment, great location

Cons: Initial enterance to the garage and building was a bit slower, since building security wasn't very quick to answer rhe doorbell. So I'd suggest picking up keys on the reception first and then going to the garage

Pros: Very good apartment in a new building in the new and posh area in Belgrade. What I would point out that the parking under the building is perfect and what was very good feeling that there was milk in the fridge for the coffe and did not have to start after arrival in some store 😁☺️

Pros: Best hostess you could wish for in Belgrade. Helpful and friendly! Welcome with a smile and good information about the city and the country. Very well maintained, completely new and livable apartment. The flat was equipped with attention to details. You really have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Belgrade Waterfront: there is some construction work taking place, but we did not experience this as a nuisance at all. The nights were also wonderful. Perfect beds and mattresses. Furthermore, we could easily check in, pay and check out, but keep in mind that payment is in cash. Only thing I would suggest is to put two coffee capsules for free (more capsules can be purchased by guests as per their need). This would be a nice bonus for coffee lovers like us. But... all in all a great experience in what we think is the most surprising, fun city of the past 10 years!

Pros: The owner are great! Meet us early early morning, give us keys and then all was very cool. Apartments are new and clean. 9th floor good for some noise canceling. but the construction is still close, it doesn’t interfere much.

Great modern apartment covered car park close to mall restaurants and supermarket .

Pros: The apartment was new and modern with a balcony it has all the amenities needed. The bed was comfortable with good linen. It was 5 min walk from a new mall with a good supermarket. Lots of restaurants in the area. About 15min walk from city centre, or you can catch a bus. Car park in basement.

Cons: There was some construction going on building more apt buildings in the area but with windows closed it was fine.

Perfect new apartment in Belgrade

Pros: Brand new apartment in a lovely neighborhood. City attractions are within walking distance, and a bus stop is just at the front of the site. There is a secure, private underground garage in the building. House is immaculately clean, and everything you need is inside, a washer, dryer, 2 AC, a balcony with a city view, etc. House owner is genuinely kind and quickly responds to your requests. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Pros: The room was excellent! It was clean, fully equipped and in a perfect location! I would choose it again.

Pros: It's a great property, very close to the mall, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants around, the apartment is brand new, very clean, there's a park right in front of the building, great for kids. The parking was a plus also.

Cons: There's construction happening currently, right across the building, so it can get a bit loud during the day. But with the windows closed it's manageable.
