Perfect Location in the Heart of the Old Town -Cozy, Clean, and Welcoming Host

Pros: We chose this apartment for its fantastic location—right in the heart of the old city center, just steps away from cafes and restaurants. Our host, Seka, was very welcoming and provided all the information we needed during check-in. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, air-conditioned, and fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. We appreciated the provided toiletries. There is a 4/5 mins walk private parking (+10 floors). Fair price for the rent, would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment!

Pros: The place is very cozy and has everything you might need. Its location is perfect — everything important is within walking distance. There’s also a large, secure parking area nearby, which was very convenient. The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful — she prepared water and coffee for us upon arrival. The apartment is fully equipped — there’s a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and all the kitchen utensils needed for cooking. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

One of the best accommodations I stayed in (twice), and would recommend as well as always book again without hesitation.

Pros: Very good location right in the city center, clean and functional kitchen and bathroom, everything works without a problem, the interior is cozy and stylish. Seka is a phenomenal host and super friendly!

Cons: Because of the good location it can be a bit loud outside on weekend nights.

Pros: The flat was super. Gosp. Seka was very, very helpful and professionell wirh a lot of soul. Communication was perfect. The flat was in the center of Belgrade in a quiet street and close to everything you need like french bakery, several good restaurants and close to a big nice park. I will be back. Thank you Seka for everything. 10 points out of 10.

Pros: Friendly host, well euqipped apartment just 1-2 minutes away from the city center and a lot of restaurants. There is a taxi stand, supermarket and coffeeshops just a few meters away. Highly recommend.

Pros: in a nice and calm street, 3 minutes walking distance to center. cafes and pubs around. there is also one supermarket 2 minutes away. room is cozy with big windows. the owner is very polite and helpful
