Pros: Lovely apartment, just like on the photos, super clean. Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient, they were very nice and accommodated my check-in and check-out times. Apartment is very well located and has everything you need.

Pros: The host was very welcoming, I felt like at home. The location is great, close to city center, but tucked away from traffic and crowd. All in all, everything was perfect.

Pros: The apartment is well-equipped, super clean, and very warm, making it incredibly comfortable. Heating was excellent, and despite being in the heart of the city, it’s surprisingly peaceful. Great value for the price, considering the quality and location. Would absolutely stay here again!

Domacin ljubazan, stan odlican, klijent zadoboljan.

Pros: Komunikacija od samog pocetka sa vrasnikom je bila odlicna, sve je dogovoreno u najkracem roku. Stan je na odlicnoj likaciji, mali i funkcionalan kakav mi je i trebao. Stan je cist i uredan, ima sve sto je potrebno za boravak. Ljubazan domacin. Vraticu se ponovo.

Pros: Uvek rado boravim u 1st Belgrade Apartment, jer je odlično opremljen i besprekorno čist. Drago mi je da je konačno na raspolaganju i mašina za veš. Lokacija je fenomenalna - sve je dostupno peške, gradskim prevozom je povezan svaki deo grada, a mirno je i tiho. Definitivno najbolji odnos cene i kvaliteta. Vidimo se ponovo uskoro

Pros: A perfect stay! This apartment exceeded expectations – warm, cozy, and impeccably clean. The heating works flawlessly, and the location couldn’t be better – right in the center, yet quiet and comfortable. It’s also fully equipped, making it feel like home. Schönes Appartment in einer tollen Gegend

Pros: Kleines Appartment mit guter Ausstattung. In der Gegend zahlreiche Cafes, Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Nachbarschaft sehr herzlich, grüssten immer und waren für ein Smalltalk offen :) Der Host Vuk war sehr freundlich.

Cons: Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre evtl. Eine Waschmaschine gut.
