A hidden gem, but no plan for cleaning

Pros: Cute studio with an amazing balcony facing a lovely garden - a hidden gem in the busy streets of Belgrade! Peaceful. Super friendly staff! The bed was also comfortable.

Cons: Even though the apartment was immaculately clean when I arrived, there was no plan for cleaning during my 3 weeks there. There were some cleaning equipments, but it was definitely not sufficient. The floor gets dirty very easily because there’s nowhere to place your shoes and you step directly into the apartment with your shoes. In the end I had to pay for someone to come and clean, but at that point the floor was already very dirty and the apartment just felt very unpleasant. And then it turned out that this cleaning was very superficial - I noticed the same spots and dust on the floor as before the cleaning.. From when I arrived, the kitchen equipment was very greasy and had lots of stains. There wasn’t any dish soap either. Anyway, I would stay again, but if longer than a few days I would like to have a plan for regular cleaning.

Would recommend for a single person who wishes to just walk out and investigate the city on foot.

Pros: The perfect location. It has all a person needs for a short stay. Easy to check-in, easy to communicate with the host. Despite it being close to the main entrance door, it was not noisy.

Cons: A bit on the small side, but ok for a single person.

Pros: My stay was very pleasant. The flat was small, but clean and nice with a lovely terrace. There were everything a traveller might need. Thanks a lot!

Pros: The apartment has everything you need for a short-term stay. It’s small but cozy, and the best part is the balcony with a great backyard view. The location is great, and the owners were very hospitable.

Cons: The apartment is located on the first floor, so you can hear the main door opening and sounds from the backyard. It doesn't bother much though, so otherwise, everything was great.

Pros: The location of the apartment was very good, the owner of the facility, Mr. Zelko, was a very hospitable, caring and helpful person. He helped me with many things. I thank him very much. I will definitely come back one day.

Pros: It's very lucky to find an apartment at this price. I lived for two days. The owner's wife waited for me when I arrived. She gave me the key. It 's better to have cash in advance to pay the fee.I can cook. There is air-conditioning(a little bit loud).There is also TV. The Bathroom is very clean. They have a small balcony. One day when I woke up there is a cute orange cat lying on the balcony. Btw, the owner is really kind because he helped answer some of my tourist questions

Pros: Great location, easy to get to from the main bus station or tram station in Novi Beograd (you need to take just 1 public bus). Cute and clean, perfect for one person. Host was really nice and helpful!

Cons: This might be just my problem because I am a light sleeper, but the apartment is on the first floor, close to the main entrance in the building; therefore, you can hear all of the people coming in or out. If this is not something that would bother you, then definitely pick Talisman!

Pros: +Location is perfect. It is nearby of Vukov Spomenik train station and many tram and bus connections. +The owner is very kindly. + The apartment is clean and there is every comforts what I need. + It is a perfect accommondation for one person.

Cons: - Bed is a littlebit short for me.

Pros: Great location, cosy and quiet apartments. Excellent feedback with the owner, did help me with all of questions.

Pros: The apartment is really close to the center (a few minutes from the Tesla museum). A big advantage is good contact with the owner, equipment and balcony.
