Overall, a good place to stay if you're looking for a place close to the city center.

Pros: Location is very convenient, and the host is very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy.

Cons: The heating was a bit of an issue as the only way to heat the place is by AC and they can get loud especially at night which can be disruptive for sleep sometimes
