Cozy and clean apartment 20min away from the city centre
Pros: Apartment is perfect for budget tourist who travels alone - I felt extremely comfy leaving there for 2 weeks. Landlord is really friendly. It’s warm inside, Wi-Fi works great. Location is cool - bus stop in 2 min of walking, - 20 min from republic square.
Cons: Sometimes noisy in mornings cause of shop next door but there are definitely more pros than cons so it didnt bother me too much

Great
Pros: The host was very nice and the check in/out process was easy. Apartment had everything I needed for my stay. Theres a 24h store 1 minute from the apartment. It’s on the first floor so It’s a bit noisy but for me that was a plus since I smoke.
Cons: Nothing really, would stay again.

A cosy little apartment with everything you need
Pros: A wonderful little studio in a residential side of Belgrade, a very safe area and the locals are friendly. It had everything I needed for a short trip : a cosy living room to relax in , plenty of utensils for cooking, the air conditioning was a godsend in the very hot days in Belgrade and it worked very well , comfortable bed and plenty of places to buy food around the apartment. The host waited for me with the keys, was very friendly and accomodating and replied very quickly to all of my questions. It's an ideal place for a single traveler , needing a place to rest up and get ready for sightseeing or fun nights out!
Cons: It was noisy at any time of the day and even sometimes at night. A pair of good earplugs would sort out the issues, I think.

Cute tiny place near Ada Ciganlija
Pros: The owners are really nice and quick to respond. The apartment is clean and thoughtfully furnished. There are stores, cafés and public transport nearby. Ada Ciganlija and Ada mall are within walking distance and the center is easy to reach. Also, parking on the street is free of charge (but it is a bit hard to find a parking space in the evening).
Cons: We were here with a twelve year old son and it was a bit small for all three of us. For couples, it's perfect. Also, it's a bit noisy (the market across the street, teenagers sitting on the bench underneath the window...) Everything else was great.

Pros: Спасибо, отличное жилье. Маленькое, уютное, чистое. То что нужно, чтобы остановиться на время, для одного, максимум двух человек. Удобно добираться до центра города, до аэропорта, жд станции и т.д. Тихий район, магазины, кафе, все рядом. Очень доброжелательный хозяин. Дождался моего прибытия, встретил, заселил. Благодарю.

Pros: Closeness to the bus stops, the lake and the supermarkets. It was clean, bright and had all the amenities you'd need during your stay. Perfect for a few day stay.
Cons: How loud it was in the early mornings due to trucks and vans that delivered the groceries to the supermarket.

Super studio et super emplacement
Pros: Nous avons adoré l'emplacement ! Le quartier est tranquille. Proche de toutes commodités : des commerces tout autour de l'immeuble et l'arrêt de bus à 3 mins à pieds. Il est également proche de Ada Lake et du centre commercial Ada Mall (environ 10-15 mins à pieds). Proche du centre du vieux Belgrade environ 20 mins en voiture (en fonction du trafic), 15 mins en voiture (toujours en fonction du trafic) du nouveau Belgrade et 20 mins en voiture (en fonction du trafic) de Belgrade sur l'eau. Le studio est bien agencé et meublé. Il est également très propre Enfin nous remercions beaucoup Djordje pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, sa réactivité à répondre à toutes nos demandes et sa gentillesse.
Cons: Pas toujours évident de trouver une place pour se garer bien qu'il y ai beaucoup de places de stationnement (c'est un quartier avec beaucoup d'habitations et de commerces). Un banc se trouve au pied de l'immeuble, et il arrive que parfois les soirs de weekend, des passants s'y installent pour papoter un peu ford. Mais si on leur demande gentiment et poliment de faire moins de bruit, ils s'excusent et baissent la voix et s'en vont très rapidement. Il aurait été appréciable d'avoir une machine à laver mais vu la taille du logement il est évident qu'il n'y a pas assez de place pour en placer une.
