IVA HOME Apartment

Pros: Clean, modern, and comfortable, it even includes its own dedicated parking spot. With shops and public transport right on the doorstep, the location is excelent. The host went out of their way to accommodate my late check-in, and the attention to detail, down to a provided sewing kit, was impressive. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Belgrade.

Pros: IVA HOME is the perfect accommodation in Belgrade. The studio is located in a modern complex, and nearby you can find grocery stores from where you can purchase the necessary things. The parking spot is located within the complex. The hosts were very kind with us and they succed to solve any request from us in the shortest possible time. We have nothing to complain about the services provided.

Pros: The host was very polite and welcomed us quite late, showing us everything. The apartment is in a new residential complex with good, clean renovations. There is air conditioning and a washing machine.

Cons: Unfortunately, the cleaning after the previous guests was not thorough enough. It was unpleasant to find someone’s long hair in the bathroom and on the bed.

Pros: Apartment is really nice, very comfortable and clean. There is everything you might need, from tea and coffee to all bathroom and bedroom stuff. Location and building are also perfect.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, the view from 10th floor was amazing. In the kitchen and the bathroom we have anything that we need.The landlord helped us with everything. The area is very quiet, clean and beautiful.I recommend this place. We will be back again!

Great place, great hosts, great experience

Pros: The apartment was excellent, and the hosts were exceptionally helpful and flexible. Everything was nice, clean, comfy, and new. We had all the necessary things. The bathroom and the kitchen were well equipped. We had our private parking spot. The experience was great! We highly recommend it. Thanks a lot to the hosts!

Pros: Very nice location , close to public transport station. Shops are just down the road, two minutes. A lot of caffes and bars nearby. City center is ten minutes drive away.

Cons: For this money, nothing.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at IVA HOME Apartment! The location is perfect – a peaceful, modern residential area with supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants, and public transport just steps away, and only about 10 minutes by car from the city centre. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, beautifully modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed: free high-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, excellent heating (a must in January!), small but fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, and even a private parking space right on site. We especially appreciated the host’s friendly communication. Having private parking and being in such a quiet and clean complex made our stay so much more relaxing. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Belgrade - truly an exceptional experience!

Außergewöhnlich! Ein Apartment und Gastgeber, die man sich nicht besser wünschen könnte.

Pros: Das Apartment bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht, um sich sofort wohlzufühlen – modern, hervorragend ausgestattet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Am meisten hat mich jedoch der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern beeindruckt: sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und warmherzige Menschen, die mich während meiner Genesung unglaublich unterstützt haben. Dank ihnen habe ich mich nicht nur sicher, sondern auch wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Cons: Nichts – alles war perfekt!
