Pros: Everything. Right next to a great park, in a peaceful environment, a bus stop next to the villa, tram station in close proximity. Lidl less than a kilometer away. Friendly staff. Quiet nights. Very private
Cons: I only didn’t like that I couldn’t move there for a longer period of time

Cons: Wir hatten eine Vereinbarung von 20€ extra für einen Late Check in, da unser Flug erst um 1 Uhr ankommen sollte. Leider hatte der Flug Verspätung, was ich auch schrieb, sobald wir in Belgrad landeten. Die Adresse bei Booking führte uns leider dann zunächst zu einer anderen Straße in Belgrad, obwohl wir mit copy und paste in Google Maps arbeiteten. Man hätte uns, wie andere Unterkünfte das oft tun, einfach einen exakten PIN senden können. Okay, auch das kommunizierten wir mit der Unterkunft. Da Flugverspätung und Adresschaos dazu führten, dass wir eine Stunde später als vereinbart ankamen, wurden uns noch einmal 20€ extra abverlangt. Nachts um 3 Uhr, wo man auch keine anderen Alternativen mehr hat. Insgesamt hätten wir dann eine Nacht im 4-Sterne-Hotel haben können für ein eher Low-Budget-Haus. Man kann das menschlich verstehen, aber Gastgeber-Freundlichkeit und Professionalität sehen anders aus.

Best value for money
Pros: The location is convenient, the house itself is lovely and spacious (!), the dog is so friendly 😄 There's a nice park across the road, there are plenty of cafes nearby - it's a perfect spot for tourists. The interior itself is really nice and the garden with a pond is just charming! 😍
Cons: We asked if we could drop out luggage at the house before the time of check-in and got turned down, which made it really difficult for us to get around Belgrade as we were with a toddler and a huge suitcase. Also, now I'm being a real nit-picker, but some white towels had apparently been washed with colourful clothes because they turned gray. But they were definitely clean, though!

Pros: Evin konumu, ve araba park yerinin olması, markete yakın olması ve çok tatlı olan köpeği çok sevdik, ondan ayrılırken çok üzüldük
Cons: Temizlik malzemeleri daha kapsamlı olursa daha iyi olur. Çamaşır deterjanı, ya da yer silmek için mop gibi.

Pros: Ukoliko izuzmemo odličnu lokaciju i da smeštaj u potpunosti odgovara opisanom, mislim da najveći utisak predstavljaju lak dogovor, prijateljski odnos domaćina (koji su spremni da izađu u susret), izdvojenost objekta i svakako veliko, sa ukusom i stilom, uređeno dvorište za uživanje i opuštanje u miru. Ne treba zaboraviti ni zavidan nivo higijene, dostupnost parkinga i naravno umiljatog bernskog ovčara koji će vas radosno i nesebično pozdraviti i dočekati svaki put kad se vratite.
Cons: Šta bi moglo biti bolje jesu kreveti tj. dušeci i jastuci....

Pros: The house was clean and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The AC really helped since it was extremely hot. The wifi works very well. My kid loved the friendly dog 🐶
Cons: No mosquito nets, so we had at least 10 bites each after the first night... The bathroom has no windows so it had a pipe smell...
