Great

Pros: Very nice hosts, great location, apartments are well furnished, we had everything we needed for a week stay.

Pros: The apartment is fitted with everything you need for a lovely stay. Bed is quite comfy and kitchen is well equipped. Perfect location and special mention to Nina who was a fantastic host :)

Cons: The only one downside is that at least during the weekends could be a bit noisy at night but that’s expected as the location is very central.

Excellent!

Pros: Perfect downtown location to be in the center of everything and explore Belgrade on foot. Just a few meters from bohemian Skadarlija but quiet and peaceful. Place is comfortable with spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen (although I did not use appliances except coffee maker:). Apartment is renovated, very warm with heated floors (stayed in December), It’s very bright, clean and well maintained. Mattress in bedroom firm and comfy (slept relaxed) sheets spotlessly clean. Bathroom is clean, more than enough towels which felt premium quality. Wi-fee worked perfectly. Special bonus were provided slippers, welcome snack/water, an umbrella, Belgrade map and even a phone charger! This is very rare and makes you feel very welcome away from home. Check in / check out was easy on Aleksandar's instructions. He was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing to dislike except too short stay :)

A wonderful Belgrade vacation with children.

Pros: This apartment is in the heart of Skadarlija, a place that hosts traditional restaurants, bars and coffee shops and is a location everyone visits for night life. Although this apartment is in the middle of this street you cannot hear anything. It is really quiet and soundproof. This space can hold up to 4 people, but the area for taking a breakfast is rather small but it doesn’t matter since it is a well renovated, with necessary appliances (espresso machine, microwave, washing machine with the necessary products, a large fridge etc). we loved the location- walking distance from the main attractions and the inside of this space. We also liked that the host was available anytime and eager to help! He also included some welcoming gifts which we appreciated. Netflix and wifi were excellent additions. Thank you

Cons: The fact that is on the third floor, in an old building with no elevator. It is important to mention that because if you carry heavy luggage or kids ( or you have health issues) you need to know that you will go up 63 stairs! Also a suggestion: because the building is old and there are no fire detection, is good to have fire extinguishers ( we saw one outside the apartment in the second floor but was rather old). Also some improvements on cleaning can be made.

Pros: Great apartment. Facilities were excellent. We had a small baby with us and everything was to what the host described. The host Nemanja was excellent and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Communication with host was extremely smooth and very nice . Artistic area with lots of history. Every city spot reachable by walk. Host is extremely nice and helpful. Appartment very nice , lots of light, super clean, very stylish, all you need is present.

Belgrade stay

Pros: Tomin sokak was immaculate. There is no one issue I can think of. Very quiet at night but in the heart off happenings. When back in Belgrade, I will definitely book it again. The host was extra helpful. Very helpful at all times.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στο καλύτερο σημείο του Βελιγραδιου!!!

Pros: Εκπληκτική τοποθεσία, πραγματικά στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του Βελιγραδιου!!! Πολλές επιλογές για πάρκινγκ (με χρέωση) σε πολύ κοντινά σημεία! Δεν χρειάστηκε να βγάλουμε το αυτοκίνητο από το πάρκινγκ μιας και οι μετακινήσεις γίνονται άνετα με τα πόδια (ακόμα και για εμάς με παιδιά 8 κ 10 ετών!). Ακόμα και όταν χρειαστήκαμε 1-2 φορές να κάνουμε χρήση μέσων μαζικής μεταφοράς (κυρίως για την εμπειρία) ήταν ΔΩΡΕΑΝ στο Βελιγράδι (απίστευτο). Ολοκαίνουριο και πεντακάθαρο το διαμέρισμα με όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι για να μείνεις 4 μέρες (τόσο μείναμε εμείς). Μέχρι και ομπρέλα είχε, καλώδια και μπριζακι για φόρτιση όλων των κινητών καθώς και κουκλάκια για τα παιδιά…πράγμα που δείχνει την κουλτούρα του ιδιοκτήτη να προσφέρει το κάτι παραπάνω!!! Μας είχε και δωράκι κατά την άφιξη μας, τοπικό ποτό σε 2 πολύ όμορφα μπουκαλάκια!! Πετσέτες μπάνιου και προσώπου… χωρίς υπερβολή, ούτε σε 5αστερο ξενοδοχείο δεν έχω συναντήσει τέτοιες (και έχω πάει σε πάρα πολλά!!). Το συνιστώ χωρίς 2η σκέψη!!

Cons: Το ότι χρειάζεται να ανέβεις στον 2ο όροφο με αρκετά σκαλοπάτια σίγουρα δεν αποτελεί λόγο ώστε να μην το επιλέξεις, αλλά το σημειώνω ώστε αν κάποιος έχει κάποιο αντικειμενικό ζήτημα (καρότσια, δυσκολία μετακίνησης κτλ) να μην αδικήσει το εξαιρετικό αυτό διαμέρισμα!!😉

Beautiful cosy apartment with incredibly helpful owner.

Pros: The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. All facilities were brand new and really well maintained. The location is fantastic. Really close to the restaurants and buzz but when inside the property you can’t hear any external noise.

Cons: Nothing. It was wonderful and we will definitely go back.
