Arena Penthouse Apartments

Pros: The property is very conveniently located next to Belgrade Arena and close to public transport, restaurants and caffes

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is for the property to offer hand soap and basic body wash

Pros: Predivan stan sa zaista odlicnim pogledom na grad.

Pros: Location perfect for my work, but for a tourist who wants to see the city center, it is not suitable. Quiet and spacious enough for one or two.

Cons: Not very clean, especially the bathroom (the shower), the sheets in the bed, and the couch. Not even the window glasses were cleaned up. There is no coffee machine. In the bedroom there is no air-conditioning.

Pros: First things first the Host was very kind, he let us in earlier and he was in touch with me entire time , making sure that we are alright with finding the place. He explained everything very clearly and he said I can contact him anytime for anything. He made sure we have coffee in the kitchen for our mornings . The ambient light was everything. I loved personally the light room and the view. It was very near Arena what was the most important part. Bed is very comfortable. The cleanness was on the top. It was spotless and shine. The terrace was super chill and nice for morning coffee , and even for morning exercises. Everything was 10/10 . Highly recommend. Will definitely come again.

Pros: The placement, the hospitality of Martin was top notch. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Generally, the property met my expectations and it was valuable for money.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and had all facilities needed for a short stay. Good location in New Belgrade and not far from main public transportation lines for those who want to visit downtown or have work to do in New Belgrade.

Cons: A little facial towel was not available in the bathroom, but it could be an omission or my mistake not to ask the landlord.

We would like to stay there again.

Pros: The flat was perfect with nice views and an outside area on the roof. The location was brilliant for all the places we wanted to see in Belgrade.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.
