Great host, very clean and quiet apartment, excellent value for money.

Pros: I My stay at this accommodation was excellent. First of all, I would like to highlight the owner, who was extremely kind, friendly, and always available for any questions. Communication was fast and easy, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and well-maintained, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. Everything was exactly as described, with no unpleasant surprises. I believe the accommodation offers great value for the money paid. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Pros: Apartment is very clean, space is perfectly organized and hosts are nice a polite. Attention to details, fresh bottled water, higiene products in bathroom....

True spa gem

Pros: The room was perfect for our stay. It was very well designed and it has all you need- from coffee and towels so me toaletaries for personal care. The jacuzzi has detailed instructions on how to use it and the location is next to Beogradska arena and close to Sava center. The host was very friendly and I will absolutely recommend the stay there.

Pros: Od komunikacije, do lokacije, jacuzzi-ja i udobnog kreveta, sve je u savrsenom stanju i kvalitetu. Prelijep stan. Sve je bilo odlicno i bez greske. Hvala puno na svemu!

Amazing! Highly recommend!

Pros: It was super clean just like presented in the pictures, everything was new, there was tea, coffee, beverages in the fridge (free), bathrobes, slippers, hairband-towels, towels, q tips and cotton pads, menstrual pads and the daily-use ones, it was literally perfectly organized and equipped with every necessity for a great stay. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. If you do visit Belgrade I highly recommend this place!

Cons: Just a heads up - the parking is public, therefore it’s free during weekends and holidays (i think) and paid through messages during weekdays (again, i’m not sure because we only stayed one weekend). All in all I think it’s best if you talk to the host about this, he’s always of great help and willing to help :)

Pros: Great stay! A very luxurious and comfortable apartment in central Belgrad. Jacuzzi is huge and a gem of the property! Everything is well thought and the design of the apartment is superb. Highly recommended!

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor and it has close to zero windows - only small air shafts up at the ceiling. It isn’t that bad, BUT after we used the jacuzzi the whole apartment was so hot and moist, that we had to sleep with an open door to get any fresh air in.

Modern and sexy

Pros: The place is amazing! Has everything you need for a couple of nights stay and has a sexy vibe :) The location is great, we found free parking space late Saturday afternoon, places to eat, restaurants near and of course the Stark Arena that is just a street away. For sure will be back again, but hopefully for more than one night :p

Cons: Everything was lovely! We were sad we didn't have time to enjoy the jacuzzi

Pros: Perfectly located, comfortable and clean. A great spot for a short term relaxation stay. The host was very kind, helpful and responsive. Helped us find parking outside of paying zone. Definetly would book again.

A true osasis of calm in the heart of Novi Beograd

Pros: The suite is easily acessible as it is close to the main streets and roads, but it is located in the inner courtyard, so there is no traffic noise. It is a true osasis of calm in the heart of Novi Beograd, a perfect place for a reset and rest. Beautifully furnished and immacullately clean. Definitely want to go again.

Cons: There is nothing to not like about the apartment. It is virtualltly perfect.
