Greece 🇬🇷

Pros: The building was good , clean, and safe. The whole area was safe. Many facilities are in a short walking distance (shopping mall, exchange, cafe, food, transportation). Safe parking (closed garage) in a building nearby. The whole.area around was quiet (except a new block of flats construction nearby). The view from the small balcony was nice (a small park in front of it and the next building is a long distance). Although there was a problem with my booking (the flat I booked was not available just a few minutes after my booking) the staff did the best to solve the problem and give me another flat in just a few minutes.

Cons: The entrance of the appointment had two locks but I only was given the key for the one. The shower head was old and dirty (full of water salt) . The kitchen was not equipped as it should (didn't even have a drainer for spaghetti). . A kitchen drawer couldn't completely close (mechanism problem). The whole apartment looked as if it was an old renovated apartment with very basic furniture and facilities. The clothes dryer was uncomfortable. The balcony was very narrow and the outside wall too high so I couldn't sit there and enjoy the outside Peace and views .

Pros: Stan je jako lepo sređen, vrlo udoban, čist i lepo organizovan. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena, čak je bila obezbeđena i ukusna domaća kafa, što nas je posebno oduševilo. Lokacija je odlična, dobro povezana sa važnim delovima grada, a stanica javnog prevoza se nalazi odmah ispred zgrade. Dodatni plus je što smeštaj ima i privatnu garažu (koja se doplaćuje ali je cena sasvim pristupačna). Domaćini su bili izuzetno ljubazni i dostupni za sva pitanja. Topla preporuka svima koji traže kvalitetan i prijatan smeštaj!

Russia 🇷🇺

Pros: Уютная студия в хорошем новом доме на 9 этаже, окна на улицу. В квартире есть всё необходимое, чисто, красиво.

Cons: Было довольно шумно даже по ночам - окна выходят на довольно оживленную улицу. По ночам кусали комары несмотря на москитные сетки и 9 этаж. И то и другое наверное решалось закрытием окон и балконной двери (кондиционер есть), но я люблю свежий воздух 🤗
