Pros: Great apartment, located near the center, in a new neighborhood. Modern, clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay. Parking space provided. Perfect communication with the owner.

Perfect place

Pros: It's a perfect place for living in a fabulous condition. Looks like it was furnished for regular life. It has everything what you need even dedicated room for laundry. This place located in secured premium building. There is a parking space in the underground garage. Vladislav is very kind and will help with any questions (but we didn't have one) We are really excited of this place and we definitely will stay here next time!

Everything was excellent and I can't wait to come back again in the same property and the same City.

Pros: Close to Belgrade waterfront, modern, comfortable, private parking and excelent location. Near the apartmant is also a city transport that is very practical.

Cons: There is nothing I didn't like about the property

Pros: The apartment is exactly as shown on booking.com. Clean, warm, confortable, well-equipped to cover basic needs of a short stay. Free parking spot in the city is a real bonus. We couldn’t locate the accommodation immediately, but the staff were very kind to meet us in the street and escort us to the building.

Pros: Wonderful apartment — everything was exactly as shown in the photos. I rented it for my mom, and she was absolutely delighted. The building is new, with a fresh and stylish renovation, modern appliances, a big TV, and excellent sound insulation. Very cozy and comfortable. Located on the 6th floor with windows facing the city. The area has everything you might need — shops, restaurants, a shopping mall — and it’s easy to get to the historic center and the waterfront. The host was very kind and attentive, always available and helpful. He also speaks Russian, which was a nice bonus for us. We truly enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

Cons: It’s a lively area, so with windows open you might occasionally hear some city sounds — but nothing that affected the overall comfort.

Pros: Нам очень понравилось проживание в этой квартире! Чисто, уютно, всё продумано до мелочей — чувствуется забота о гостях. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень комфортная и приятная атмосфера. Отличное расположение, тихо и спокойно, при этом всё рядом. Хозяин всегда был на связи и помогал по всем вопросам. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз и смело рекомендуем!

Pros: Apartman je nov i ureda . Nalazi se u blizini šoping centra, restorana i kafića. Dočekao nas je domaći koji je jako ljubazan. U sklopu app je i garaža.

Pros: Apartament nowy, czysty i w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Bardzo dużym atutem jest podziemny parking.
