Wonderful Experience - but need a bit more attention to detail

Pros: The apartment was amazing and astheically pleasing - a luxurious design and very spacious. Customer service excellent. Enjoyed all the welnness facilities. Easy to communicate and quick to respond to all the request we made when we asked for extra towels and a pot.. Had a wonderful stay!

Cons: Even though the apartment was amazing, it could do with a little touch up in some areas. Attention to more detail was needed especially when paying so much money. For example, painting areas that are showing a bit of tiredness. TV in the bedroom had scratch marks on it. Better quality towels - and to provide more than one set. If you're using the pool, jacquzzi etc the towels becomes soaked, not nice to reuse a wet one when you have a shower. Also making sure that the shower products are refilled (we run out of shower gel) and was only there for one night and morning. Also as it's an apartment, a few more utentils should be included in drawer space as there's faciities to cook (which we did). We were able to just about manage, however, having a knive set, and extra pot(there was only one)so forth to make the experience a bit more easier. Coffee and Tea were provided but no milk, even the UHT sachets would have sufficed. They mentioned we will be greeted with free refreshments at the minibar which only water (not that it was not aprreciated), but how it was written we thought it would be a little bit more then water.

Pros: Everything was clean and fully working. The water in the jacuzzi was changed before we check in. They welcomed us with delicious cakes and the staff was very friendly. 10/10!

Pros: All the facilities work perfectly well. There is even a small kitchen where you may cook something. Very clean and comfortable place.

Will be returning again in the near future

Pros: Exceptional stay. Loved having all the facilities such as swimming pool saunas steam room and hot tub. Could even watch tv while in pool or sauna!

Cons: Just a bit too hot to sleep at night. Due to not being able to put air con on, but having sauna on during the day it got very hot in the room and windows wouldn’t open due to rain. So didn’t sleep a lot at night

Brilliant concept, thoughtfully designed and very well delivered.

Pros: Spa facilities are amazing. They thought of just about everything, and everthing was extremely clean and well-maintained.

Cons: A couple hooks for towels/robes would be nice, but that is a minor suggestion, not an actual complaint.

Pros: Absolutely stunning experience, very nice property.

Pros: It was exceptional nothing I could ever dream to experience perfect setting display all was lovely including the features

Cons: Only thing that didn't make it a 10/10 for me was the no air conditioning understably it was cold outside however once the inside gets heated the bedroom gets too hot to sleep

Pros: The facilities were perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the whole experience was just amazing.

Great relaxing experience

Pros: Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. Having a personal pool is fantastic experience

Cons: We couldnt enjoy sauna, even after 3 hours of working - it was still about 56C.

Everything was outstanding, 10/10 just a minor issue with the wifi

Pros: This was our second time staying - again no complaints, we had everything we wanted; a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room whilst binge watching Netflix! Also the host who greeted us upon entry was very helpful and throughout our stay

Cons: Trouble with WiFi, although the host did try to resolve the issue (would recommend purchasing a SIM card for internet access on phones)
