Pros: Местоположението е доста добро, с разнообразен градски транспорт, на 5 минути от апартамента. В съседство има няколко ресторанта, пекарни, пазар за плодове и зеленчуци, хубав парк. Чудесно е, че има осигурен безплатен паркинг в сградата.

Cons: Добре би било да се добавят нощни лампи в стаите.
