Pros: Exceptionally great apartment! Great interior, a ton of natural light, fabulous terrace, good beds, lovely host!

Exceptional Hospitality

Pros: From the first minute on after the confirmation, the host assisted us in every matter and was always available for questions, help regarding the house and even gave us suggestions for sightseeing in Belgrade. I have travelled more than 80+ countries and stayed at many hotels and apartments,, but Svetlana beats them all with her great hospitality. The apartment is just exceptional, furnished in a beautiful vintage style combined with modern amenities, where you feel yourself like at home. Anything what you need, from kitchen to washing machine, even the smallest details are thoughtfully created. Everything what the heart desires and you need for your daily usage. The apartment is directly at the heart of Belgrade, so that you can reach most of the important places by walking. Just take your luggage and rest is assured. Definitely a must stay if you visit Belgrade. Thank you very much Svetlana. I will visit soon again. 🙏

Pros: Everything is special about this property: 1) Comfortable- have everything you need 2) Location- markets , bakeries , money change, park for kids is in very short walking distance of up to 5 minutes 3) Cozy- design is very interesting and you feel at home straight away 4) Atmosphere- in the city , but have a very good view 4) The owner- we experienced an extreme level of hospitality. Svetlana arranged a taxi to get to the property in the late evening, prepared snacks for us and was very helpful with our questions on surroundings .

A very special property

Pros: I have booked many properties through Booking.com and this is my favourite! Svetlana was an exceptional host, the home is quaint and very special. Beautiful art, restful, cool on a hot summers day, all amenities we needed, close to a fruit and veg market and many lovely places to sit for coffee or have a meal. Short walk to the cathedral. Svetlana remained in contact to check we had everything we needed .

Not 4 Stars

Pros: Location, pretty terrace, kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed including milk and water in the fridge. Wine and flowers on our arrival was a nice touch. The main bed was comfortable. Huge spacious living space with quirky décor throughout.

Cons: The apartment was not ready despite our arranged arrival time. Which was already 6pm. Disappointed that it wasnt 4 stars as advertised. Some things in the apartment were tired such as bedroom tables and oddments of furniture in the bedrooms. The second bed was not comfortable. The lounge sofa although was pretty...was not comfortable to sit on. No wifi signal on the terrace. The free toiletries had already been open and used by previous guests including toothpaste.

Pros: The apartment is incredible. It was like a box of exquisite jewelry✨Everything was wonderful. An extremely clean place. My kids would get under the bed in their bedroom in white t-shirts and come back clean🥹 Communication with Svetlana is light and easy

The feel of 'The Attic Studio' 1903 by Henri Matisse with Balkan flair & mod cons

Pros: The warm welcome by the Host including a tour of the property and she was also very responsive during my stay. So many thoughtful comforts and pleasant surprises, from the cushions for the roof terrace furniture to the complimentary coffee, fresh fruit and sweet treats. The Laundry facilities and large bathroom were much appreciated after travelling for work the week before. The artistic interior, in particular the cleverly constructed irregular shaped cosy fireplace and library corner. Thank you so much.

Lovely apartment at a great location

Pros: We where very pleasantly welcomed by the host Svetlana in the cozy and charming appartment. Many paintings and art are positioned in the bit irregular layout, making it all the more attractive for us. The fact that there was extra bedroom and badroom was very confident for our older mother from my gf (and us;)). We felt very comfortable during our stay and really like to come again, especially when it is a bit more warm so we can more enjoy the lovely roof-terrace! Thank you Tatyana is was a real pleasure!)
