Overall, my stay was pleasant. The host should have been more helpful.
Pros: I liked the location, the beds, the cleanliness, the parking, the hot water, and the safety.
Cons: Even though I had stated that 4 people would be staying at the accommodation (2 adults and 2 children), I had to prepare the bed myself (the sofa bed) and make it up on my own, which I don’t know how to do (I didn’t know how the sofa opens). The internet router was not working, and I had to fix that myself as well. At first, the host lied and said it was a general problem in the building, and the next day he told me a specific time when I had to be at the apartment so that a technician could come to fix it. I refused this because it would have disrupted my excursion schedule. The provisions of the accommodation for coffee or beverages were very poor (there were only 4 coffee sachets for 4 people for 4 days).

Great value for the price
Pros: The location is great, and the on-site parking is very convenient. The Christmas fair was right outside our apartment, and the city centre is reachable on foot within 30 minutes. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained throughout. The host was responsive.
Cons: We had some problems getting the key, as the instructions were a bit unclear and the apartment complex is quite large. Mind that only two twin-sized blankets are available, so when traveling with friends it can be a bit uncomfortable to share. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, although this might have been our fault.

Amazing price for accomodation and a nice experience
Pros: The location is amazing. And it has an underground parking lot. The old centre is very close (20-minutes walk). There are shops, cafes and bars as well as the Sava promenade around.
Cons: -The communication with the property is very poor. Although I asked them to send me the check-in details at least 1 day before because of roaming issues, they send it a couple of hours before check-in. -The area(Belgrade Waterfront) was still under construction.

Very good choice for a family of 4. I recommend it.
Pros: Very good location for sightseeing. Great feature that there is a garage to park. Shop and cafe are just outside. Beautiful sunrise view from the 15th floor!
Cons: Double person blankets are not the best choice.

Cons: We had 1 apartment out 5 which was not ready unfortunately but was quickly attended by the manager

Pros: Amazing new modern apartment,fully furnished and very clean. I liked that the apartment was on the ground floor facing the kids playground! We did not booked that one but in the end we were happy to get this ground floor unit. Location of the building also amazing,just across the street from Galeria Shopping Mall.
Cons: I had very bad communication with the staff (not the one on the reception) but when booking. They were redirecting me to another colleague but that colleague was not responsive at all. But in the end we managed.I recommend that the owner must give better instructions for garage as they just provide you garage number and you can not enter until you take the card from the reception and that is not mentioned anywhere i n the instructions.Also from garage very poor signage to enter in the right building - garage is for few buildings.

Pros: New one bedroom apartment just across from Galeria mall and the Belgrade waterfront. About 20 to 25 minutes walk from center of Belgrade. We checked in the apartment early in the morning, which was amazing because we had arrived in Belgrade at 6.00am and we were really tired after a night without sleep. Thanks.
Cons: You don't get instructions for check in, until you sent copies of passports of all the travelers to the management of the apartment, which is physically located in another place than the apartment itself. This process happens 24 hours before arrival, creating a lot of anxiety.
