Pros: Lokacije je odlična, stan veliki, komforan. Opremljenost stana što se tiče nameštaja dobra. Ima prostora za odlaganje, kome je bitno, mašina za veš, sudove.

Cons: Sitnice koje veoma znače, posebno onima koji su u prolazu. Nema sapuna u kupatilu, što je meni baš minus. Kuhinja opremljena osnovno što se tiče sudova, ali npr.nema jedan oštar nož, nema nijedna krpa, nema npr.kafa, so, šećer, začini, ulje. Znači da dolazite na jedan dan, podrazumeva da ne spremate u apartmanu. Meni su ove sitnice važnije od toga da li ima 2 ormara, mašina za sudove i veš. Kad sam ušla u apartman bilo je hladno, trebalo je vremena da se zagreje. Grejanje je na klimu, što treba napomenuti, koje zagreju dobro, ali treba vremena s obzirom da je bilo 2 stepena napolju.
