Pros: Beautiful apartment from the inside with private parking.Amazing choice and very close to the center

Modern apartment near the city centre with all equipment needed

Pros: Nice, clean, modern apartment, well equipped in the proximity of city centre. Also with a provided parking place. Nice kitchen area, lots of storage, other equipment (washing maschine, ironing board (I assume also an iron)). A very comfy bed, even though it was not that big. Wisely divided sleeping area from the “living room” with a blackout curtain”. A bar table with bar stools for having a meal. Hosts were providing us with information via WhatsApp.

Cons: I would recommend to provide the guests with a more quality frying pan (yours were very sticky and in a condition I wouldn’t use that). It’s a small thing but when using an apartment (due to various reasons - one of them is usually cooking for yourself), every detail in the kitchen (esp.) counts. The dish cloth would be also great. The apartment is in the basement and with windows facing the inner yard, therefore there is usually more dark. You need to get used to that. Otherwise the apartment is really more than great. Just please provide some info for the guests with regards using (turning on) the heater (instead of listing all the equipment with it’s respective price in case some guest might damage that; the practical info for your guests would be more appreciated). I would also recommend to get back to the questions from your guests when they are asking. Even if the answer is no/not possible, it is silly more client friendly than leaving the question unanswered.

Pros: The location is very good, very convenient to get to Belgrade downtown. The studio has everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was clean. The towels were nice and clean. A dishwashing detergent and sponge were provided.

Cons: There was no soap in the bathroom (although there was a shower gel in the shower area). The communication with the host was a bit slow. Additional bedside lighting would be useful. The windows needed some cleaning.

Pros: - Since we urgently needed accommodation, they listened to me after booking and a short phone conversation, and they resolved the reservation very quickly. - The instructions for contactless check-in at the apartment were excellent.

Comfortable apartment in a convenient location for transport links

Pros: Clean& spacious living area. Minor problems dealt with by the staff promptly & efficiently

Cons: The beds in each bedroom were advertised as being the same size but in actual fact only one bedroom had a bed of that size and the other had a sofa bed

Pros: Quiet but central location. Close to bus station. Close to restaurants. Staff were incredibly helpful. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Stayed for two week self catering.

Cons: Nothing.

Great for solo travelers or couples!

Pros: Very clean and cozy apartment, in a quiet neighborhood but super close to the city center and main attractions. Highly recommended!

Cons: The owner could have been a bit more responsive, as some of the info they shared (around check in, check out, luggage storage etc) were not timely and you had to “chase” them. But besides this, they are really kind and attentive, so not a big problem after all :)

Great weekend in Belgrad

Pros: Beautiful apartament. Clean, modern with everything you need. The location is a walking distance from the city center. Great communication with the host.

Pleasant one night stopover in Belgrade

Pros: Decent sized apartment in a good location, only a few minutes walk from the main bus station and close to the main shopping area. Modern shower with plenty of hot water. The apartment was kitted out with everything needed for a short stay. Access to the property was made easy by receiving instructional videos via WhatsApp.

Cons: Nothing, I was happy with the apartment
