Pros: The location is super convenient for any events in the arena - you can literally see it on the other side of the street from the window. The apartment was also okay, warm even though it was winter, and I was able to pay in euro for the stay. It's also pretty convenient when it comes to public transport and nearby shops / restaurants.

Cons: One more trash bin could be useful. The one in the bathroom was quite small when we bought some groceries. The shower took some getting used to, but it was fine after all.

Great place to stay for a few nights in New Belgrade

Pros: It was very clean, and everything you could need was there except maybe a couch or table to sit on (there was only a high table). For me, that was sufficient. I was there to see a concert at the Sava Centar so it was great to stay in walking distrance from the venue. Also, lots of (free) transport options around. I also liked the balcony. Staying here made me feel a bit like a Belgrade local :-)

Cons: I felt communications were a bit unclear. Apparently, I could pay in euros so I went to the city centre for nothing since I wanted to change money first. Also, I had to wait 10 min for someone to come with the key and I missed how to open the building door. Not the worst things, but it reminded me why I prefer hotels as you don't have to deal with this hassle. Also, it was a bit noisy. There are three apartments in total and the other guests were coming and going a lot and I could hear them talking on the corridor. With earplugs it was okay.

Pros: Perfect location, close to the central bus station and city bus stops, Sava Centar, Ušće Shopping Center and of course, looking at the Belgrade Arena from the window. My second stay here, will come again for sure
