Apartment Roosevelt

Pros: Very nice apratment! We were six people and were everything was very confortable, 2 bathrooms, beds, evertything.

Pros: we needed had everything in house. I think location is excellent. this house the best choice for large groups. we booking this house, the toilet was an important factor for us. small but big us.

Cons: The wooden bed base squeaks. A fabric covered bed base can prevent this.

Exceptional!

Pros: The property exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, cozy. Felt like home. In walking distance to shops, nice restaurants, central streets and major places of interest. It is a house, not an apartment. I would recommend booking minimum of 2 nights. It has everything you would have at home. Would definitely stay there if visiting Belgrade again. No parking at the property but there is a huge underground parking nearby if traveling by car. The host was very helpful and kind to give us some recommendations and advises.

Pros: We are family with 3 children and the house was very comfortable for us!!! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house is very beautiful and modern, close to the center of the city and bus stop. We will visit again for sure!!

Pros: Everything about the house and the owner exceeded our expectations. It’s not an apartment, but actually a house with two floors. The location was excellent, allowing us to visit all the important places on foot.

Pros: It was very clean. We had all the amenities. The location is very close to all the main bus station, and the paid parking was 100m away.

Cons: The check in instructions could've been more clear.

Pros: How much we enjoyed this place immensely! Near by the center of the city. Everything is easily accessible by bus or tram or 15-20 minutes walk. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well taken care of. Very nice that there were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with our family of 6. The beds and pillows slept great. We parked the car at the ondergroundparking near by. Public transport is super well organized so we didn't need the car. A day pass only costs about 1,- p.p. And the supermarket is 4 minutes walk. The host was super quick to respond to our questions and gave us a warm welcome and lots of tips. We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Cons: Nothing. If I had to mention anything it would be the air conditioning which is everywhere except in 2 bedrooms. But by sleeping with the doors open the air conditioning in the hallway reached the bedrooms just fine.

Perfect location to discover Belgrade on foot.

Pros: The address shows a busy street that is very accessible by public transport and where is easy to get a taxi. However, the house is in the inner courtyard, you have plenty of sun but surrounding buildings protect you from the street noise. The house seems recently renovated and the communication with the host was very punctual and easy.

Cons: This has nothing with the host but with the general lack of parking space in Belgrade. There is no need to rent a car because the location is so central that you can either walk, take public transport, or get a taxi.

Pros: The host was very nice, he even let us park our motorcycles in the yard, and recommend us great restaurant.

Cons: No tea or cofee, thats the only problem.
