Pros: The owner met me at the airport and drove me to the apartment, and also drove me back to the airport. It was very convenient.

Pros: Beautiful neighbourhood and the building at self. Big rooms, washing machine and dish mashing on the kitchen, big windows and great view. The owner is super helpful and the hospitality is height level.

Great location, big apartment, helpful owner
Pros: Apartment is big. Location is very nice. There are shops and grocery stores near. Beds are comfortable, bathroom & kitchen is large. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and even a drier in bathroom! There is a storage room as well which is good to keep iron, vacum cleaner. Internet speed is high. The owner was very very very nice, helped a lot and even vistited the post office to pick the parcel sent for me.
Cons: It was hot as it is summer and there was only 1 AC. It would be great to have fans in other rooms as there is no air current in bedrooms. Kitchen amenities were missing as spatula, small bowls. There are no mirrors at all. There is no wardrobe for shoes in entrance, or something to put keys or sunglasses on. There is only one closet for clothes, and half of it is filled with bedsheets and blankets to use. We were 2 adults and 1 kid. I could not use it as with few clothes, it was almost full. I was using my luggage as a wardrobe. Electric plugs were few, it would be great to add more or have extensions. Some windows had the nets for bugs, some did not. Since it was hot and I cannot sleep without fresh air, we were using curtains as nets, which was not that effective. I think it should not be a great effort to add some nets.

Nice apartment in Belgrad for family
Pros: Nice host, quiet place in historical building. Drying machine, huge dish wash, a lot of nice towels available. Good size of apartments. Mall with very testy food in 2 steps
Cons: Not disadvantage, but speciality - building and apartment are quite old.

Best Value Around
Pros: Host is amazing, outstanding communication, tremendous flexibility, just fantastic overall. First, price to value ratio can’t be matched with other listings I found. The apartment is large, plenty of space to move around, which is rare with units in the central area. It is very clean and functional. Internet is super fast and stable 500mbps. The neighbors are wonderful people. Trams and buses 1-2 minute walk, huge grocery store with lots of lazy meal options about 3-4 minutes walk. If you want friendly, clean, area to walk around inside, quick access to major areas book with confidence.

Pros: El departamento es muy cómodo y amplio, las instalaciones completas y el administrador excelente persona, muy amable y colaborador.
Cons: Quizás la mesa del comedor debería ser mas amplia y poner blackout en las ventanas q faltan
