Pros: The center is about a 15-minute walk away and easily accessible by car. It's located in a new residential area on the riverbank. It's surrounded by a large shopping mall, cafes, and markets. The view is stunning. There's ample parking with direct access underneath the building. The room was well-equipped, well-designed, more than met our needs, and very clean. Our host, Zoran, was also very kind and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. If we return, we would love to stay here again.
Cons: There was nothing we were not satisfied with.

Pros: The location was very good and the instructions we received for check-in were very clear. The host is very responsive. We appreciated the underground parking and overall the location felt very convenient and safe. The apartment was pretty basic but we didn't need more for 1 night/transit stay.
Cons: I think the cleaning part could be improved.

Pros: The apartment is excellent – very clean, spacious, and comfortable to stay in. The location is phenomenal, perfect for exploring and relaxing. All compliments to the host for their kindness and responsiveness, they made our stay even more enjoyable. I would gladly come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Pros: We did like the bed most of it. Very very comfortable . Location is perfect. New building, walking area near by. Like 15 minutes from old town by foot. Also, you have free parking just announce the host for it. Large toilet with large area to take shower.
Cons: Having a stove to boil the water it would be nice.

Incredible place where i would return for visiting the objectives i missed in Belgrade.
Pros: It was an excellent place in the Waterfront Belgrade which is a modern neighborhood, Splendid view from which one can see the Sava river and the tall buildings remembering somehow in style the constructions in the Emirates. The room is absolutely clean with the whole facilities needed including parking. The ratio quality price is incredibly good. Definite a place where you can stay visiting Belgrade.

Pros: Апартаментът е нов, чист и с отлична локация - на 30 минути пеша от центъра. Има безплатен паркинг, което е голямо удобство. Зоран е много внимателен и любезен домакин, изпрати ни точни и ясни указания за мястото за настаняване, както и поддържаше връзка с нас, за да се увири, че всичко с престоя ни е наред. Благодарим! Препоръчваме горещо!
Cons: Бихме препоръчали да стаята да се оборудва и с хладилник.

Pomer cena/kvalita vynikajúce, vždy hodnotím objektívne.
Pros: Lokalita, ústretový majiteľ a pekný výhľad (vidno aj západ slnka)
Cons: V medzipriestore medzi bytom A a B (ktoré majú rovnaký vchod) bolo cítiť cigarety, na to že prvý dojem by mohol byt lepší, aj tak ten byt bol v pohode (v byte nebolo cítiť cigarety)

Pros: Apartamentul este foarte ok. Noi am avut camera B, camera fara balcon. In camera nu exista mini frigider ( noi i-am simtit lipsa, dar nu pot sa zic ca e un minus). Camera este spatioasa, moderna si curata. Apartamentul se afla intr un cartier nou, frumos si ne-am simtit in siguranta. Exista si un mall la 2 minute distanta. Raport pret-calitate foarte bun.
