Nice central HQ for both explorer and couch potato
Pros: Nice and supportive host and staff, and rooms that really lives up to its name of Avantgarde. Several facilities (gym, rooftop pool, bar/restaurant) that looked awesome, but that I unfortunately didn't have time to make use of. Location itself was great with 5 mins or less to both a shopping centre, busses (free in Belgrade since earlier this year), and several eateries, so there's something for both the explorer and those who just want to rest and not wander too far.
Cons: The building itself could use a little TLC, but it was nothing that affected my stay. The bed was a bit on the shorter side, but made it work by lying diagonally; had I not been travelling alone this might have been an issue.

Pros: Quirky apartment with really nice roof top pool bar gym in a good location next to bar and shopping centre the staff was nice and accommodating
Cons: Only issue is the shower think could of had a higher bracket so you don’t have to hold the shower head

Great few days
Pros: Everything in the apartment was good. The rooftop pool area was amazing. Very easy to get into centre- bus stop is a few minutes away
Cons: Not a dislike but some sachets of coffee would have been hugely welcomed in the room!

The apartment is more for young people, but it's worth it for 2-3 nights
Pros: It is relatively easy to find a parking space on nearby streets. There is a large shopping center opposite the apartment. The room was clean and in a good location, halfway between Zemun and Belgrad. It was very nice of the manager to offer us a free breakfast. A cool solution is the roof swimming pool, which is free for residents,
Cons: The room is above a restaurant, so there are live concerts on the weekends. That DIDN'T bother me, but cleaning (with a loud vacuum cleaner running and bottles being emptied) at 3 a.m. is excessive. The bathroom was really huge, but there were definitely too few hooks for towels , and there was no cabinet or shelves where you could put a cosmetic bag. There was no lighting above the mirror in the bathroom. Generally the lighting throughout the apartment was poor. Spotlights couldn't adequately illuminate the 3-meter-high rooms.

Pros: There are lots of opportunities like gym and swimming pool. In Serbia public transportation is free so you can go to downtown easily in 5-10 munites. The room is clean and the bathroom is nice. The workers are so respectful and wonderful. Especially Bojana, she helped us in every situation. Thanks for everything, I already make plans for next summer!

Had a great time here, can recommend
Pros: Very friendly, helpful and communicative host. Easy check-in. Spacious room with little fridge. Access to pool in lounge bar is a great advantage: the pool is perfect, while the lounge bar has a great atmosphere and offers a nice view on the city. Another big plus is access to the gym downstairs in the building, which is top notch. Good bus connections to and from the center, even until well after midnight. Shopping center and restaurants just outside the building. Free street parking also right outside the building. Area felt safe. I recommend this accommodation and would definitely return here when visiting Belgrade again.
Cons: Some renovations to the room (curtains, shower area) would take it to the next level.
