Pros: Preljubazna vlasnica, dozvolila nam je raniji check in jer smo ranije stigli u grad. Čist, dobro opremljen apartman, veliko kupatilo i udoban krevet. Super lokacija na Novom Beogradu blizu bus stanica

Cons: Apartman se nalazi u poslovnoj zgradi, rekla bih da je poslovni prostor pretvoren u apartman. Nije baš mirna lokacija, mnogo ljudi prolazi i nijesmo mogli otvoriti prozore da izvjetrimo stan.

Pros: Great host and apartment. Recommendation if you plan to stay in New Belgrade area.

Pros: Easy going host. It was easy to pay. Good location but for the first time it can take you 4 minutes to find apartament.

Pros: Everything is like in the picture, owner is the nicest person ever. Clean and spacious and provided with everything that you need. 10/10 would recommend

Interesting experience

Pros: The location of the property is quite unique. It is located like the shop that could be accessed from the street. We were staying there just for one night and during the holidays, when nothing was working around, so it was quiet and comfortable, but I'm not sure that it would be like that in other days. Host will give you all instructions needed to get and enter the property, we even didn't meet, what I really like as introvert person.

Cons: No windows there, so be prepared for that.

Spacious and cute

Pros: It is well-furnished, spacious and comfortable. Everything was really clean. The bed was super comfortable.

Cons: It's a bit strange that it was addapted from a business unit, so there is a sence that it's a bit too open. However, it's not a big deal as the windows are tinted.

Pros: Very clean, the apartment is warm, has heating and additional air conditioning. Quiet and peaceful to sleep. Near cafeterias and a restaurant with an excellent breakfast. it is easy and simple to get to the apartment. Close to the Stark arena and the river Danube and for a walk along the river

Pros: We're stayed here for the 3 weeks. Apartment is a nice and clean studio, with big bathroom. All kitchen appliances are presented: fridge, inductive hob, teapot, plates etc. So, we just bought groceries in the shop nearby and make home cooking. However, due the apartment's location (it is located in the block with mixed types of properties) there are many cafes, bakeries, diners and many other stories just next door! Even a Fitness-club is literary just 20 meters away from the apartment. General location is also good: big mall Merkator is in 600 meters south, and big long park along of the Danube river in 200 meters north. Owner is very positive and always ready to help with anything.

Cons: Internet is the provided with 4G LTE router, and depends on GSM net load, as a result speed could vary during the day. Since there are many small businesses located around of the apartment, the nearest night club performs loud parties in the nights from Saturdays to Sundays. It could affect you sleep if you sensible for noise...

Pros: Lokacija nam je izuzetno odgovarala. Apartman je prostran.
