Pros: The apartment is located in Belgrade waterfront, on the bank of the Sava River, we can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. There is a washing machines and dryer in the apartment. Everything was perfect except that the air conditioner was not so awesome. The security is also very good. I like here.

Wonderful place

Pros: Excellent location! The building is located in a modern neighborhood with excellent infrastructure. There is a large MALL nearby with shops and restaurants. The building is new and extremely modern, with underground garages, reception and access control - secure, convenient and easily accessible. The organization regarding the stay was excellent, everything was explained in detail by our kind host.

Pros: A wonderful apartment with a view of the newly emerging Belgrade Waterfront housing estate (the scale and quality make an amazing impression, a new city in Belgrade next to the Sava River). The apartment itself is high class, with many amenities. Clean, well-kept. Comfortable beds, the possibility of admiring the panorama of the city. An underground garage is available, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Nearby there is a huge shopping gallery with many restaurants. The neighborhood is very neat and calm. Very good choice. The owner is very nice, communicative and involved. I recommend highly.

Pros: Fantastičan stan sa svim neophodnim stvarima. Topao, svetao, miran, udobni kreveti, jastuci, posteljina, kupatila fantastična, kuhinja odlično opremljena i prostrana, lokacija fenomenalna plus ima i garažu. Vlasnik stana izuzetno ljubazan i susretljiva. Nismo imali nikakvih nesuglasica niti nesporazuma. Sve preporuke!

Πολυτέλεια και άνεση στον 15ο όροφο

Pros: Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα στον 15ο όροφο με δύο άνετα υπνοδωμάτια και δύο μοντέρνα μπάνια. Όλα ήταν άψογα, πολύ καθαρά και σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση. Η διαμονή μας συνολικά ήταν απλώς υπέροχη. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν φανταστικά εστιατόρια, καθώς και ένα τεράστιο εμπορικό κέντρο, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο άνετη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πραγματικά πολυτελές και κομψό. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
