Martin

Pros: Milos and his family are excellent hosts! They welcomed us warmly and responded promptly to our every need. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and fully equipped to meet our needs. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but at the same time on an accessible road to the city center. It is next to a market and other shops. We had no problems with parking because there was always a free space in front of the building. I would visit them again!

Pros: The apartment is very clean and well heated. Also Martin is a really friendly host.

Cons: There is not a private parking but is easy to find a spot.

Pros: Prostran dnevni boravak, ljubaznost i predusetljivost vlasnika, dobra povezanost sa gradom...

Cons: Nema grejalice u kupatilu.

Pros: Все великолепно, очень удобное расположение, рядом есть магазины круглосуточные. До центра на автобусе быстро, остановка перед домом! Чисто и уютно!!!

Pros: Sve po dogovoru, stan je odličan i poseduje sve što je potrebno za kraći boravak. Odmah preko puta autobuskog stajališta. Domaćini veoma ljubazni, izašli su mi u susret sa malo kasnijim check-inom. Sve preporuke!

Pros: Sve je bilo odlicno, domacini smestaja su bili puni razumevanja oko promene vremena dolaska. Smestaj je bio cist, uredan. Grejanje, topla voda i peskiri su bili obezbedjeni. Ispred je prodavnica i stanica gradskog prevoza. Sve preporuke!

Cons: Nije zamerka, ali imam sugestiju da se ubaci mala kanta za smece u wc

Cosy modernized apartment in an old building with good location.

Pros: Martin was friendly and helpful to get us settled in, carrying our luggage and riding with them in the elevator. The apartment is cosy, and comfortable. Kitchen was well furnished. It was very handy to have a washing machine. The place has great shops near by, fruits and vegetables and groceries right across the street, a tasty pizza takeaway down the road, there are 3 shops with organic groceries within walking distance and 2 malls that are very walkable.

Cons: It was pretty annoying that the kitchen had no hot water, martin told us to boil the kettle for hot water, which for me is ok if you have a wash bowl, I had to use my own ideas, finding a plastic bowl that fitted the part in the bathroom. Otherwise martin didn't really help with solve this, he kinda dismissed my issue, so I solved it myself. Not a big deal. The elevator was hard to use and I found out later that you have to close the door with a lot of force. I never received any advice on this from Martin and I only really needed it once over our stay to go with shopping would have given me a break from carrying it up 4 flights of stairs. Martin also forgot to tell me about the air-conditioning that could have heated the apartment as it got colder over our stay. Though a warmer blanket would have been good enough too. Oh and a lamp in the bedroom would have been great for low light, the bulbs were very bright and with no shades.

Pros: Lokacija, dostupan javni prevoz, fleksibilnost domaćina, zadovoljavajuće potrebe za kratkotrajni prestoj, u blizini šoping centar.
