A nice apartment in New Belgrade
Pros: The apartment is nice and in a great location. It has a very nice balcony and view. You can sit and rest there, enjoying the view. The owners are nice and friendly. They met us at the agreed time and it was very easy to collect the keys. There are all sorts of amenities nearby. Pillows were good and overall it was a pleasant experience. It has central heating and the apartment is warm. It also received a lot of natural light, particularly in the dining area and we really like that.
Cons: Cleanliness could be improved. Some of the kitchen dishes were not properly washed, so we had to rewash them before use. The shower handle had a strange smell to it (disappeared after washing). Kitchen sponge was dirty and the same was the case with the kitchen sponge cloth. We got the impression that the floor was not really cleaned with a mop for the new guests, maybe just vacuumed. In the morning, just before we left, the apartment WiFi connection did not connect to the internet. There is no curtain on one of the bedroom windows (or it does not work), and the window looks to the building on the other side. This creates a privacy issue, particularly in the evening. The toilet does not have a key, so you cannot lock it, and the shower booth has transparent walls. This is again a privacy issue.

Pros: Actually livable unlike most places. Fantastic location, everything is close by. We wanted to move in permanently. Our toddler loved and enjoyed the stay too!

Pros: The property is very nice. Big apartment, comfy and at a great location. Store is across the street, taxis are 50 meters from there and there is always parking
Cons: Apartment is great, would be nice if it was a newer building, but this is a nitpick

Very satisfied with the property, even more than that
Pros: The hosts were very gentle and helpful, the property was clean, warm and cozy, with coffee in the kitchen, which meant a lot for us 😊 They were so kind, providing us useful information about the transport and nearby markets, places to visit etc. We're definitely coming again!
Cons: There is no such thing!

Boravak u ovom smeštaju je bio izvanredan.
Pros: Sve je bilo besprekorno čisto, uredno i odlično organizovano. Prostor je komforan, lepo opremljen i pruža sve što je potrebno za prijatan i opušten boravak. Domaćini su ljubazni, profesionalni i uvek dostupni za sve informacije. Lokacija je takođe odlična i omogućava lak pristup svim važnim sadržajima. Sve preporuke.

Odlican apartman na N. Beogradu, pravi izbor za kraci predah ili kao baza za obilazak Beograda.
Pros: Cist i prostran apartman, svi aparati u funkciji. Parking lako pronaci, WIFI odlican, mnogo kablovskih TV kanala. Lokacija puna restorana i prodavnica. Gradski prevoz blizu. Gazdarica uvek na usluzi, fina i nenametljiva. Vracamo se prvom prilikom!
Cons: Nemam nikakvih zamerki.

Pros: Радушные хозяева, возможность оплатить проживание на месте, необычная планировка квартиры, тишина и спокойный сон ночью. Рядом остановки автобуса и трамвая, очень много магазинов и кафе.

Pros: Ljubazni domaćini, lepa terasa, udoban bračni krevet u sobi i lep dnevni boravak. Svetao stan. U blizini ima sve što vam je potrebno za prijatan boravak.
Cons: Malo mi je kvario opšti utisak stari cipelarnik koji nismo mogli zatvoriti, vrata su se ispomerala i nisam ih mogla vratiti u početni položaj, šolje i čaše su rasparene (a to se može popraviti za 1000 dinara) i slavina u kupatilu te ispoliva vodom ako je jače otvoriš. Kupatilo nema ključ.
