Pros: New, big, clean apartment with living room, bedroom and balcony. Fully equiped (AC, boiler, TV, fridge, waching machine etc). All is working just fine. Located in New Belgrad. 17 min to airport by taxi. About 30 min by train to the center. Easy keys handover. I really enjoyed my stay.

Pros: The apartment is super clean, spacious, comfortable, and it'a a great value for the money. The host is very responsive, professional and polite. There is great view from all rooms, parking space in the building's garage and the heating was excellent having in consideration that the weather was cold in this period. Many shops nearby, simply you have everything you need for a great stay. Highely recommended!

Pros: Very happy with our stay there. Great host who has even allowed us early collection of keys at our request, and was happy to assist with anything along the way ie. Recommendations etc etc. Great location with everything that is required for a family stay being nearby. Would definitely come back again 🥰 Dalibor is a true gentleman!

Cons: No Iron or clothes line but host was willing to share his if needed :)

Perfect apartment in Blok 45 in Belgrade

Pros: If you need to be in Blok 45 part of Belgrade, or close, this is probably the best place to be. New apartment in a new building, clean and well maintained, close to the public transport and shops and close to the river. The windows have mosquito nets (which is very important in that part of the city) and there are two A/C units. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine. The host is extremely nice and forthcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will be coming back for sure.

Cons: I cannot point out a single thing. Everything was great.

Everything you need at a good price

Pros: Apartment Oaza 45 is located in a one-year-old (new) building in a nice part of the city in Block 45, a few minutes' walk to the Sava river. Around the building there are several comfortable parking lots where parking is free, and the apartment itself has its own garage. The apartment is beautiful in every way: new, spacious and tastefully arranged, functional and fully equipped. The owner was extremely kind, warm and accommodating. We will definitely be back again.
