Viktorija Apartment

Pros: Good area, quiet, with transportation very close to the house, you can go anywhere. Very warm apartment in winter with private parking.

Cons: His bathroom needs some renovation. He wants a new washing machine. He wants better equipment in his kitchen and a change in the sofas for a more comfortable sleep because as an apartment it accommodates more than 2 people.

Pros: Location: close to restaurants, close to a supermarket, close to bus station which takes you to city center. Quite area, apartment is big and with a good layout. Easy communication with the owner. Private underground parking was a big plus for us, we have just left the car there and we used the public transport which is very reliable and fast.

Cons: Smell in the bathroom coming from the common pipes of the building. Mattress was too soft for our taste and the sofas from the living could use a cleaning.

Nice family trip

Pros: Kind host, practical location, clean and functional apartment. Great underground garage with good position of the parking spot. Nice balcony to drink coffee throughout the day, Sun is on the other side and we were in August. Spacious bathroom. Lots of fast food and restaurants and Maxi market just across the street. We will return!

Pros: It was a perfect choice for family with children. Great location: close to shopping mall, not far from the zoo and Old Town. From Novi Belgrad station there is 15-20 minutes on foot. Apartment had all needed for long stay.

Pros: Locație excelentă: 4-5 stații de autobuz până în centrul orasului. Camera curata, gazda foarte primitoare

Pros: Spacious apartment, great location if you want to go to the Belgrade Arena or Novak Djokovic's restaurant. It is also not too far (aprox 40 minutes of walking) from the city center.

Pros: perfekter Support, Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, war für mich perfekt gelegen, Parkplatz vorhanden

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient Stay

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and well-maintained. Everything we needed was within close proximity, making it incredibly convenient. The space was clean, tidy, and had all the necessary amenities. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Nagyon jó ár/érték arányú szálláshely egy rendezett környéken, közel a belvároshoz.

Pros: A szálláshelyen csak mi voltunk, így nagyon kényelmes volt. A szállásadó beszélte a nyelvünket, és nagyon segítőkész volt. A saját ingyenes parkoló nagyon hasznos volt, mivel majdnem mindenhol fizetni kell a parkolásért a városban. A környéken minden szolgáltatás (élelmiszerbolt, étterem, pub, buszmegálló, kioszk, bevásárlóközpont, stb.) elérhető gyalogosan max. 5 perc távolságon belül. A szálláshely környéke nagyon biztonságos, rendezett a környék. A belváros tömegközlekedéssel pedig könnyen elérhető a szállásról (kb. 15-20 perc a távolság).

Cons: Nem volt ilyen.

Pros: Lokacija apartmana je odlična. Lako se nalazi te je blizu svih važnijih tački u gradu, što pješke, što GSP-om. Besplatno garažno mjesto je savršen bonus u Bg-u. Krevet u spavaćoj sobi, kao i kauč su veoma udobni.

Cons: Iako uredno očišćen i prozračan, apartman bi trebao skoro krečenje, te dubinsko čišćenje kauča, u suštini generalka. Mana apartmana je i nedostatak rerne u kuhinji, što ne umanjuje njegovu vrijednost i isplativost.
