Lovely Studio with a big terrace

Pros: It's a perfect location, close to my friends in Belgrade. Check-in and check-out hours are flexible, you can negotiate them with the host. Everything looks just like in the pictures.

Cons: The only thing I can think of - bathroom towels could be bigger (right now it's medium size).

Lovely Studio with a Spacious Terrace

Pros: The studio was beautiful, clean, and the terrace was a great bonus! It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere

Cons: The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, it can be quite challenging to carry it up the stairs.

Feeling like home

Pros: The apartment is located in a very good area: close to shop, restaurants, office buildings and even free parking is available, if you are lucky. The apartment itself is large, especially the terrace. Besides the usual (bed, bathroom) there is a fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable sofa, and a really great balcony with plants and furniture for chilling. The owner gave me the keys personally, and was really helpful in getting around. Upon checkout no personal meeting was necessary.

Everything was amazing

Pros: Great terrace, nice interior, city center in 1 or 2 bus stops away.

Cons: No elevator, so we had to carry heavy bags ourselves to the 5th floor. Just a thing to remember though, it doesn’t affect the impression of the property.

Pros: The host, Stevan, was very kind and helpful. He even brought us extra towels. The apartment's location was great, and it had a lot of restaurants and fast food places nearby. The apartment is not far from the Ušće Shopping Center on foot (around 10 minutes).

Ivaylo

Pros: Location is good. The neighborhood is old but has everything you need. The guy who gave us the keys is very kind and easy to communicate with. The studio is clean and comfortable. It is located on the top floor of the building so has a nice view.

Cons: Although we were lucky to find free parking spot in front of the building there aren't many of them during the day or late in the evening. We left our car there during our stay because we were not sure if we will be able to find another free parking space again. Also we found only hand towels. There were no body towels.

Nice little apartment and felt safe. Advise anyone to get an eSim and “Citymapper” app. prior to journey.

Pros: We’ll situated for local bars, cafes and shops. Lovely community area and quiet at night. We’ll situated for bus into town or airport.

Cons: Shower hadn’t had the best of cleans, but ok. Dishwasher had been loaded incorrectly, so pans etc were all full of dirty water. Ensure you follow the map a on booking.com - slight confusion in finding location at night.

First time in New Belgrade. Hopefully, not the last.

Pros: Great location, easy to find, close to the bus station, comfortable apartment, fully equipped, new property, strong Wi-Fi connection. Came there for three days. According to the owner, people come there for long-rerm stays. You will find there anything you might need, e.g. a coffee machine and even a juice squeezer. The biggest advantage is the hosts. They were very friendly all along and ready to help with whatever I needed.

Cons: Keep in mind that the apartment is located on Floor 6 (5 in Europe). Be ready to carry your bags all the way up. I only had a backpack, so it wasn't a big deal for me at all.

Pros: Great terrace for chilling, nice and stylish furniture, comfortable bed. Dishwasher and AC are working. Coffee machine and juice extractor. Good communication. Quite street, supermarket in 1 minute away. Easy connection to the center by busses. Some free parking places around.

Cons: Keep in mind it is 6th floor without elevator

Prelep smestaj sa jos lepsim pogledom.

Pros: Prelep smestaj, domacin je o svemu mislio, definitivno svaki sledeci put kad budem iso za NBG rezervisem ovaj smestaj bez razmisljanja. Apartman poseduje apsolutno sve sto vam je neophodno za kratak boravak, izuzev pegle za garderobu.

Cons: Nedostatak parkinga, i ogranicenja na 3h parkinga. U apartmanu postoji mapa sa obelezenim besplatnim i platnim parking mestima, ali svakako je da kao i u celom BG-u imacete i ovde problema sa parkingom.
