Apartments Royal - Sakura Park

Pros: Spectacular value for money! Some of the amenities exceeded our expectations even; I visited with a group of friends for the weekend and the apartments contained everything we could possibly need for a cozy stay (the floor heating and rocking chair in particular were favourites). There's a bus stop in front of the building with regular busses leading to the old center, so we didn't need to use our cars at all to move around. Staff were very kind. If I have to be picky, I guess I'd ask for extra blankets in the rooms, but overall no complaints whatsoever.

Nice apartment in a premium complex, though cleaning could be better

Pros: The apartment is located in a premium residential complex, which feels safe and modern. The underground parking is a big plus, and there are several nice restaurants just a short walk away — very convenient.

Cons: The apartment could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as it appeared to have been only superficially prepared before check-in — disappointing for a property in this category. The bedroom was also smaller than expected based on the photos. While the location and facilities are very good, the cleaning standards should be improved to truly reflect the premium setting.

Comfortable apartment, but noise issue in the bedroom

Pros: The apartment, located in a modern building, is tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities, providing a high level of comfort during daytime. Its proximity to a shopping centre, various stores (just across the street), and excellent restaurants is an added advantage.

Cons: The bedroom windows were not designed or installed properly to block out the noise from the nearby main road. Personally, I couldn’t fall asleep because of it. However, the living room, which is on the same side of the building, is well soundproofed, and not a single sound can be heard from outside. As a result, I ended up sleeping on the sofa. A shame, as the bed was much more comfortable.

Will stay again definitely

Pros: Sweet, cozy apartment. Very nice building and great location.

Pros: The apartment is in a new complex in a new area of ​​Belgrade. There are 2 restaurants on the ground floor and opposite is a Mall. Access to the center was by car, but there are buses. Everything in the apartment is new with great attention to detail: coffee machine (and coffee), dishwasher, washing machine, 2 TVs with Netflix, 4 levels of underground parking. Everything was perfect.

Pleasant & comfortable stay

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, clean and with modern pleasant design. A lot of tableware, enough even for cooking your own dinner! There are a microwave in the apartment, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable 👌 (two sleeping places for two people) It is the convenient place to stay: in the same building you have three restaurants, more restaurants just across the road, and a big enough shopping mall in a walking distance (5 minutes). By the tram or bus you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes.

Cons: The only one remark: it was difficult to find the correct entrance to the building. The building has several entries, the correct one is the leftmost (from the corner) if you look on the building from the Yurija Gagarina street.

Pros: I enjoyed staying at this apartment immensely. Great affordable price and location.

Pros: We arrived from NZ after a very long flight. The taxi driver didn't know where Sukara was, we called the number and they gave him directions. We arrived and then the desk clerk didn't speak English so had a few issues as we were too early to check in. The host came down, she was lovely, sorted it out and had our room ready in about an hour! Thank you for a pleasant stay.
