You’ll have everything you might need for even a longer stay.

Pros: Its clean, facilities are new, kitchen is equipped and has a complementary coffee tea and even spices. Parking is quite full but free yet I could always park. There is also a paid garage just across the street and a food street 3 min walk.

Cons: Its fourth floor but stairs are easy.

Pros: A very lovely, sunny apartment in an ideal location for me, as I had a conference just a few minutes away at a nearby faculty. Ivana was a very attentive and kind host. The only downside of the apartment is that it’s on the 4th floor without an elevator. However, Ivana kindly helped me carry my suitcases upstairs, for which I was very grateful. The apartment is newly renovated and very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, and the apartment is exceptionally bright. The TV also has Netflix with an active subscription. All necessary infrastructure is nearby, and you can reach almost anywhere in about 15 minutes by taxi (which I didn’t find overly expensive). Across the street, there’s a market and a grocery store, and about a 15-minute walk away, there’s a larger shopping center, Mercator.

Cons: The only drawback, as mentioned, is that the apartment is on the top floor and there’s no elevator. However, this isn’t really an issue unless it’s about carrying luggage in and out, as long as you’re normally mobile.

Pros: The photos are nice, and the appartemnt is marvellous! 🤩 It's much better than it can be shown on photos. It was super comfortable and close to everything. Ivana was responsive and super helpful, I'm definitely staying here again!

Pros: The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The space is very clean and airy, and the location is fantastic! Ivana is a wonderful host—she greeted us in front of the building, helped us with parking and finding the entrance, making the whole experience smooth and completely stress-free. Highly recommended!

Apartment Ivana is a perfect apartment. I recommend it to everyone.

Pros: My family and I are fascinated by Ivana and the apartment. We visited Belgrade for the Rammstein concert. I made the reservation of the apartment in November 2023. We are very grateful to Ivana for not canceling the reservation in the last days, as other of her compatriots did, and many people for the concert were left without overnight accommodation in Belgrade. This shows how correct and kind a person Ivana is. Communication with her is easy. The apartment is a wonderful place to stay and feel at home. Very clean and cozy apartment. The photos you see correspond to reality. The furniture is new and well maintained. The mattress in the bedroom is comfortable, so is the sofa in the living room. There is everything you need to prepare food, coffee and tea. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the bathroom. There are cleaning materials and preparations for cleaning. Nearby there is a market, shops, restaurants, public transport stops, free car parking.

Pros: Cozy and very beautiful apartment. New furniture and perfect cleanliness. Absolutely everything for your stay is provided (household supplies, dishes, tea and coffee, a lot of towels). There are many cafes and grocery stores within walking distance. There is a city market next to the house.

Pros: Clean and well-maintained house. The host was quick to respond and take action. Location was good for new town.

Cons: I didn't see a kettle around. It would be useful

The Perfect Apartment in Belgrade

Pros: I visit Belgrade quite often and everytime I have booked different apartments, but this is the one I will for sure keep going back to from now on(my search for the perfect accommodation is accomplished). This is the best and I really mean THE BEST apartment in Belgrade, I am not even exaggerating, and believe me when I tell you I can be really picky. It is spotless, very clean and pretty luxurious, located in a peaceful neighbourhood with everything you need within walking distance. The host Ivana is very polite and welcoming and cares that you experience the finest trip, just the most wonderful person you can meet. Thank you so much and see you soon.

Pros: I stayed in this apartment with my daughter and my wife and we liked it a lot. The apartment is spacious, bright, completely renovated and very clean. The building doesn't have an elevator but the apartment is great, plus everything is close, supermarket, street food, taxi station, public transport, nice bars and restaurants, ATM machines, pharmacies etc. We very much recommend Ivana as a host, because she made sure we have everything in this apartment.

Pros: Newly renovated apartment with all the amenities one needs for a long term stay. Bright, modern, comfortable.
