Pros: Хозяин очень дружелюбный, местоположение квартиры отличное. Есть всё необходимое для кратковременного проживания.

Cons: Квартира требует косметического ремонта. Сантехнику можно было бы обновить либо отчистить. Окна пластиковые, но механизм закрывания не работает. Жалюзи в кухне требуют ремонта.
