Comfy flat with all the amenities

Pros: Such a charming and cosy flat in a nice neighbourhood. It is quite far away from the city centre but there is a bus stop opposite that has a direct bus (ard 30mins ride). There is a big Lidl supermarket nearby, a shopping mall and cafes too.

Germany 🇩🇪

Very good price/value option

Pros: Good location, decent flat with almost everything needed for a mid-term stay. Perfect for several days and even longer. The flat is warm (I've been in Winter) and well equipped. Also, the landlady is very nice and kind, and speaks good English, which is extremely important for foreign guests who don't speak Serbian :)

Cons: There are much nicer views from the windows in Belgrade than this one, but that's minor :) Also, the elevator does not go up to the flat, you have to walk up a stair one more floor after exiting the elevator. Not a problem at all for me, but beware if you have a walking condition.

Pros: Очень компактная, но при этом функциональная квартира. Нам удалось в ней приятно провести целых две недели. Хозяйка очень пунктуальная и ответственная.

Cons: Не было микроволновки; нам сказали, что она отсутствует по прайсу. Считаю это упущением для хозяев, которые сдают посуточно. Цель гостей, приезжающих на отдых и по делам - провести минимальное время на кухне.

Pros: Gazda foarte primitoare, curat, aproape de transport in comun (care e gratuit, apropo), parcare in zona (nu e asigurata, dar gasesti usor)

Cons: Locatia nu este pt.4 persoane (canapeaua din living nu e pt.dormit 2 pers adulte), baia fara aerisire, bloc sistem comunist.

Pros: Pohodlné ubytování za dobrou cenu, nedaleko velké obchodní centrum, centrum snadno dostupné veřejnou dopravou, která je zdarma!
