Pros: The staff at the reception is just lovely. The location - cant be better. Renovated bathrooms. Rooms are clean

Cons: Spa could have been a bit better. Sauna was not really hot, and there is no zone to lay down and relax. Also funny smell....

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center. The staff are very polite. The interior design is tastefully done and perfectly reflected the Christmas spirit. It was clean. Overall, I was satisfied.

Cons: There was a noise problem with the sink drain pipes. The noise wasn't always there; it only came when water was being used, but it would be better if it wasn't there at all.
