A Comfortable Flat in a Foodie Area

Pros: The flat may seem small but it's very comfortable! The sofa bed is good and the kitchen, albeit rather small, is enough to prepare meals. There's a dishwasher which was really handy during our stay. The property is situated in a recently erected building located off the main street. There was abundant parking space beside the building during our stay in July 2025. One of the highlights of this property is definitely the area: Prvomajska St in Zemun is full of bakeries and good restaurants. Thanks to Belgrade's free public transport, we were within easy reach of the rest of the city. The hosts were warm and welcoming, helping us with whatever we needed. All in all, this is a great option for a stay in Belgrade!

Cons: Unfortunately, the balcony was rather dirty when we arrived so we had to clean it ourselves. However, that was probably a one-off omission.

Pros: Bilo je odlicno, sve pohvale za stan koji je bukvalno nov i vlasnike koji su nam ostavili stvari u kuhinji, kupatilu, frizideru... Kao da smo dosli u goste kod njih 😀 Takodje terasa je ogromna!

Pros: Very close to the station of line 15, with which we could reach the downtown in 15 minutes. The room was clean, well-equipped and perfect for a few nights stay.

Феноменалан апартман

Pros: Зеленило, парче неба, звук птица... Мир којег иначе нема у граду. На 5 минута од аутобуске станице. У насељу има свега од продавница. Стан је нов, опремљен од игле до локомотиве. Власници су дивни људи! Апсолутна препорука!
