Pros: This is a wonderful modern apartment! It is located in a quiet place, the center can be reached in 30 minutes, bus stops are located near the house, there are shops and mini markets nearby. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary equipment, a lot of kitchen utensils, there are two air conditioners that saved us from the heat) Separately, I would like to note the wonderful host who settled us at night, helped us to arrange the necessary documents and always promptly responded to messages 😊

Pros: Все соответствует фото. Все в рабочем состоянии. Апартаменты оснащены для длительного пребывания, а не так, чтобы переночевал и уехал. Прекрасный интернет. Нет проблем с регистрацией. Прекрасное расположение.

Cons: Сложно сказать. Останавливаюсь тут 2й раз и не было никаких проблем.

Pros: отличные апартаменты для проживания на длительный срок. Есть все для жизни, кроме пылесоса. Первый этаж, но по высоте как второй. Самая первая квартира при входе в здание.
